Does anyone know if there is an easy way to tighten this panel? It started coming up tonight. Previously it was flush. In the gap I can see what looks like a bolt I could tighten. Next service appointment isn’t until mid month. Thinking it could be worth trying to tighten it a bit. Side note...

Took the mirror off tonight. Very easy and looks so much cleaner inside the cabin. That mirror was not doing anything other than blocking a bit of the view outside the windshield.

Customer service rep told me today that they look to connect installer with you within 14 days of delivery. Hoping she is right to get this off the to do list and in motion.

For those that are working with an installer on quotes, how quickly after taking delivery were you matched via Tesla with this installer? I took delivery on Monday this week, and I haven't received anything other than the eligibility approval email that came in early January timeframe.

Sounds reasonable to me. Just bought a Velcro pack on Amazon coming later today. Didn’t think I was going to remove the rear view mirror but after taking delivery and seeing how comically small and pointless it is, I’m going to opt into better front visibility and take this little guy down...

Just to confirm I follow, you just attached a small piece of Velcro adhered to the other side of that small door and then closed it again?

Picked the Beast up today and went for a quick drive through some of hill country. Found this vintage gas station that juxtaposed nicely with the Cybertruck.

I haven’t had a chance to sit in or drive an AWD. If the delivery center has an AWD on hand, I’ll probably peep my head in to compare the dash differences.

I’m picking up my Beast tomorrow. Had a chance to drive my friend’s Cyberbeast yesterday, and the wait does seem worth it! I’m glad I got this final check before going through with the purchase.

Got my VIN today (3/16)! No delivery date yet. VIN is low 100’s. Seems like they are delivering Beats in the 100’s still and up to the 300’s. How did your delivery go?

I’m in the Austin area as well and ordered my Beast same day but 16 mins after invite hit the inbox. Feeling like a VIN might be coming soon.
