Chrome Wrap & Tron Reflective Pinstripes - night time pics

My tint and film guy said the vinyl doesn't adhere well to plastic bumpers and fender flares. How is this holding up on your flares? Any tips?

Thanks for shedding some light on this. I generally don't let valet park my cars, but there are some places where it just can't be avoided.

Yeah, talk about aging ourselves, lol.

    Any Tactical Grey VINs yet?

I just made the switch. Tesla tried to tell me they are "Extremely Limited" and may cause a significant delay, and that I would likely lose my Foundation series option. After driving a loaner MX with a white interior, I definitely don't want the white dash. The reflection drives me bonkers. I'm...

    Things I didn’t know. . .

I just had a MY loaner car and was surprised the dash was aluminum, wrapped in white. The fake suede material you are talking about is likely Alcantara. In the exotic car world, people talk about it as if it's something incredible to own. I do like the look, but everyone needs to understand that...

Finger Print less door handles (glow in the dark)

PLA is a lot more resilient than people give it credit for, especially if it is not weight-bearing when it's hot. Temperatures below 150F shouldn't be an issue. Since this isn't inside your car, it's likely not a problem. Although, if it was inside, then you'd have temperature protection anyway...

BestEvMod - Fingerprint Locking Cyber Safe Vault. Prime Deal Price Match

As an ex-jeep owner, I thought this lockbox was a no-brainer. Then I realized the CT is a saferoom on wheels. The only people I'd need to have a lockbox against would be those already in my car, but I don't travel with people I don't trust. Besides, the glovebox has a pin lock option anyway...

    Any Tactical Grey VINs yet?

Yes, but I actually want all the things the FS comes with, and thus the FS is a better deal.

    Dash Mounted Tablet Solution

Thanks for taking the time to clarify. This is the same issue in most Teslas, right? I don't run all my cameras all the time because they would block the whole screen, and it isn't that helpful. When using my turn signals, I get a red indicator when it's not safe to merge. In FSD, the car...

    Dash Mounted Tablet Solution

I'm hoping you can help me understand this because no one wants to explain it to me. Tesla has seamless navigation built right in, and it's done so that you can see whatever additional info you need. So why do people feel the need to mount phones and tablets in their cars for navigation?

    Any Tactical Grey VINs yet?

Reserved 11/24/2019 - RN1129.... Configured 3/23/24 VIN Assigned 7/11/24 - VIN ...19390 I'm in Oregon but was in NorCal when I started my configuration. When I configured my CT, white was the only option. I didn't know I had the option to change, so I waited to fill out all my new vehicle...

Picking up tomorrow - Tactical Gray shipping

I'm hoping you'll post photos as soon as you get it! Tesla is trying to tell me that if I want gray, I'll likely lose my FS.

Cybertruck reservation order number -- how to tell your place in line

Unless this guy is just using the same math I am and making a wild guess, perhaps there really are that many preorders.

Cybertruck reservation order number -- how to tell your place in line

This might have been stated previously, but I think we have made some poor assumptions about our Cybertruck reservations. To some, this might have already been accounted for... The RN isn't particular to CT, but all the Teslas ordered. For instance, a family member just ordered CT this morning...

First Cybertrucks in Tesla stores now! @ San Diego & San Jose first

As for the vehicle size. I can tell you it was almost exactly my height. So 6' depending on suspension settings is going to be common. That's the height at the top corner peak. As for length & width, Santana Row utilizes 12" x 24" tiles. That's almost exactly 7' wide and approx 19' long. If you...
