Question on tax on $2500 voucher

You already paid tax on the vehicle, which includes the $2,500 voucher. So in my opinion the taxes have been paid. To charge tax again would be fraudulent.

Audio volume reset to low every time a door opened

It may be under some circumstances, but I mostly drive alone, so when I get in my truck to drive somewhere the volume is always way too low to hear when I resume my audio book. In no other vehicle does the volume have to be turned up upon every use of the vehicle. It gets old quickly.

Audio volume reset to low every time a door opened

This is not a feature. It is half of a feature, otherwise known as a bug. The volume drops when the door opens. This is a feature. The volume does not return to the previous level once the door is shut. This is a bug. In all other Teslas I've owned, the feature works. Only the Cybertruck has...

CT owners, tell us about the steering wheel

I love the wheel shape. I love the turn signal buttons. Not a fan of the long-hold high-beam button. Not a fan of the press-the-scroll-wheel-to-activate-FSD function. Otherwise the wheel and buttons are fine.

Car wash won't wash my cybertruck

Uh oh! Maybe that's why my local car was down for maintenance last week. I've only gone through it 3 times so far.

Semi hugging returned to Cybertruck FSD?

It seems to be inconsistent. Most of the time my CT does fine, but sometime it hugs either the right siee or the left side of the lane. The interesting part is that I seem to be able to put pressure on the steering to guide the truck back to the center, after which the truck does fine again.

Flat tire on my Cybertruck... still waiting for a tow

When our X's tire blew out in the middle of nowhere in the Arizona desert at 113 degrees outside, AAA told us they "might" be able to get a truck to us in 36 hours. I called Tesla service and they had a truck to us within 2 hours.

Looking at replacement tires for Cybertruck (BFG KO3 & Michelin Defender), pros and cons

I don't understand your statement about the other tires being "not nearly as tall." In the same 285/65R20 these tires are all within 0.2" of each other. As for the weights, there isn't all that much difference either: OEM Goodyear Wrangler Territory RT: 57.4 lb Michelin Defender LTX Platinum...

    Window Tint - thoughts

3M Crystalline Ceramic -- 20% front row sides and triangles, 40% back row sides. Limo strip across the top of the windshield. It's just the way I like it. I didn't have the back window tinted because in the somewhat rare instances I have the tonneau cover open I want to be able to view the cargo...

Tesla removed Lifetime Premium Connectivity from Non-Foundation Cybertruck after ordering

Trying to steal due to some errant software glitch or oversight is just immoral and wrong. This is why the world is in such a mess.

Cybertruck Wrapped: Dragon Blood Chrome, Carbon Fiber Frunk, Side Mirrors and Fascia with PPF and Pillar Delete

I like it! I'm not yet sold on the black frontend and cab trim, but the rest is quite eye-popping. :D

    Suspension issue AGAIN

No way I would have paid to tote the truck to the SC. Tesla will do that while under warranty.

Tesla Offroad Light Bar: Night Time, Ditch Lights and 1% vs 100% Brightness Level Photos & Video: on Cybertruck

100% illegal, even at 1%. It is aimed very high, which is what makes it useful offroad and illegal on-road.

To my knowledge, the Cybertruck has not been EPA range tested.

Roof Rack effect on Cybertruck's efficiency & range -- my measured data

I agree. Your percentage change is probably valid, but your absolute efficiency numbers are very suspect. Do you have the correct vehicle type selected in TeslaFi?

Changes on Non-Foundation Series (vs. Foundation Series Cybertruck)

The bed rings may require a human or two to install. Humans are expensive. Selling the parts as a self-installed accessory is more cost effective.

4000 lb vs. 6700 lb, pedestrian is a grease spot either way.
