S-corp is a pass through LLC. I believe you have to file the tax credit on the personal level and not the business. So the commercial wouldn’t apply. Right?

There was some 119 from June 2023 invites sent out this week.

They can only take delivery in the US. He must have reserved on Tesla’s US site and not the CA one.
