Saw this coming, I still don’t think this will sell them quickly. Not when excessive non-foundations are available, this would take 8-10 years to break even, just go with the non-foundation And save $15-20K. More deals to come I’m betting!!

I just noticed the website no longer shows just 4 Foundation Series available, my area shows 8. Most are in Fayetteville with 1 in Savannah. Still only Foundation series, but all local now.

They need to move inventory, they are overloaded with them. This will be interesting I’m guessing next is special financing to buy. This is a solid lease deal, but the buyout is nuts, no way it will be worth $54K in 3 years.

Same here yesterday GA showed 4 still shows 4. I’m betting they won’t list all at once. And they likely won’t list any none foundation until they sell the foundations.
