Has anyone determined how the tesla software even controls the OEM lightbar? I mean 3 wires, it's either some kind of PLC or bluetooth I imagine...

It's worth noting Cybergearco has the molle panels for $125 for the set right now. Free shipping. If anyone else decided it was too pricey back in the day.

The biggest creak I heard in mine was the joint between the seat back and the center console rubbing together. just shoved a cloth in between and it's gone. Tesla is very hit or miss on sounds and generally wants to charge for diagnostic time trying to re-produce sounds if you can't tell them...

Mine seems to have cleared overnight as of this morning; I'm keeping the service appointment until they tell me otherwise. Are you on 2025.8.4 or 6 also? I wonder if this is something they are fighting in house then...

There is no Cybertruck that isnt a AWD yet; true. But in general they are the Beast or the AWD. Anyway, I setup an appointment and we'll see what they say. Think the error code is cleared this morning. I should add, running 2025.8.6.

Re-read my post and you'll see I said, "AWD". More coffee. :)

Got the DI_a138 code thrown right after charging yesterday, didn't seem to noticeably affect driving home being the lessor motor on a AWD. Searching this forum for DI_a138 nothing came up; is this one of the typical motor failures we're seeing or something else?

Many a discussion about this if you search. Lane keeping/autopilot doesn't exist yet for the cybertruck, it likely will in the future.

Nope, doesn't block the red light (blind spot indicator) at all. Edit: Note that picture is taken sitting more forward then the driver actually sits, from a normal seating position it's well out of the way.
