  1. 10,000+ Miles Driving a Cybertruck – Things learned: range, great sound and full love/hate list after 10k miles

Not sure where you are from and what part of Kansas you were in. My area of Kansas is only about 1,300 elevation.
  2. 10,000+ Miles Driving a Cybertruck – Things learned: range, great sound and full love/hate list after 10k miles

On my R1T on 21s (street tire) I have made it 324 miles at 70 mph (about 2.5 kwh) 100% to 5%. The 20s (AT) have about a 12% reduction for me on avg. I haven’t done a similar 70 mph test as only switch for longer trips. Keep in mind 80 degrees. Winter 30 degrees, I avg about 2.0 so would be...
  3. Buying the FS CT Isn't Logical

I sure the hell hope he kept the split window.
  4. Vault is not waterproof

Why is this a topic again? Search is your friend. If you want complete waterproof buy an SUV. If you want water resistant buy any truck with a tonneau. If you really need waterproof and a truck get the storage bins at Walmart or pay 30x to Tesla for theirs.
  5. Tesla's First Dud: State of Charge x Kyle Conner (Out of spec) talks Cybertruck vs. Lightning & Rivian R1T

It isn't that much larger. With a sliding kitchen function and spare you would lose the entire bed while the R1T bed is completely empty for use.
  6. Tesla's First Dud: State of Charge x Kyle Conner (Out of spec) talks Cybertruck vs. Lightning & Rivian R1T

The lifestyle comments, in my opinion come from the fact of larger frunk, gear tunnel, and full size spare under the bed on R1T. I have a 12 gallon water tank and still 60% of frunk room available on 2nd tier. Many have made a kitchen with a slide in the gear tunnel. The full size spare is a...
  7. Tesla's First Dud: State of Charge x Kyle Conner (Out of spec) talks Cybertruck vs. Lightning & Rivian R1T

If not for GM Bankruptcy we would have had it in the states and I would have owned one.
  8. Tesla CCS Adapter doesn't fit Cybertruck

My area of the Midwest is a complete charging desert, so need all options. So there is a need. CCS out here generally works maybe because not used that often?
  9. Cybertruck vs Rivian vs Lightning! Comparison & Recommendation by Out of Spec Kyle

Having an R1T for a year they do monthly updates with multiple improvements that have greatly improved truck and the experience. I had no idea that would happen when I purchased. Now I’m spoiled, does Tesla do monthly updates or only when some large improvement occurs?
  10. Center Rear View Mirror Removal - DIY How-to Instructions & Photos

It was an update about 6 months ago. Excellent makes it super easy to use and go between multiple doors. Overall Rivian updates have been great. I assumed Tesla is the same way with monthly updates but maybe I'm wrong?
  11. Center Rear View Mirror Removal - DIY How-to Instructions & Photos

Interesting on my R1T it is a simple button push on the steering wheel. What I have in the garage continues to tell me stay happy at home lol.
  12. Center Rear View Mirror Removal - DIY How-to Instructions & Photos

Help me understand the MyQ subscription. I have It on my phone with no subscription. On other Teslas are you saying to integrate into the Tesla UI that their is a subscription fee?
  13. Foundation Series Remorse

I must have missed it, where was it mentioned on the new v3 being implemented or simply an assumption?
  14. Towing tested with 6,000lb Tesla and trailer load

Believe me their was a lot of pissed off and surprised people on the Rivian forum about 18 months ago. Those that have followed EV Trucks and batteries knew this was coming but had slight hope that Tesla truly had some next level engineering. Unfortunately we are where the technology...
  15. Range Extender in the bed - no capacity left 🤷‍ā™‚ļø

If you currently drive an EV truck, in a cold region, these #’s are in line with the conditions And normal driving. If you live in Florida or Cali no worries they will be better. My R1T is vey close to the same % reductions in such conditions. I get over EPA in the summer. Let’s get back to...
  16. Range for AWD Cybertruck 200-250 miles after many real world tests

Probably and that is too bad. Can't wait for the day that they can get the technology figured out.
  17. Inozetek Super Gloss Black Wrapped Cybertruck + TCT 20" Tesla Cybertruck AeroMaxx Wheels with removable aero covers

Get off my Lawn. LOL at this discussion that no one will ever agree on. I agree there can be too dark of tint, but recently I bought a used car with a slightly tinted windshield and had no idea how much better that makes driving in a state that has almost 300 days of sunshine a year.
  18. Cybertruck Highway Range Test (Dual-Motor AWD) -- Run Until Battery Empty (by Out Of Spec)

Negative ghost rider. I do this trip all the time. I stop once to get gas and pee, 10 min exactly, with 6:50 min of driving. My dad was a truck driver so in the genes I guess.
  19. Cybertruck Highway Range Test (Dual-Motor AWD) -- Run Until Battery Empty (by Out Of Spec)

The problem is those of us that often have 7 hour trips, we want them to be 7 hours and not 9:40 as ABRP currentl assumes for CT for a trip I often take. So I think disappointment is the proper word, most of us hoped EVā€˜s would be further ahead by now And the CT would lead that way. I agree...
