When I got my model 3, I picked it up at the Fremont factory and got a factory tour on the same day. It was an awesome experience.
I will consider picking up my cyber truck in Texas if I can also get a tour of the factory. If they're not doing tours then I will just pick it up at my local...
I thought the clause for the " source of battery minerals " was supposed to be implemented -incrementally- in the coming years to 'steer' manufactures to slowly get the minerals locally?
All the EV trucks come with a spare tire so far.
Silverado will also have one INCLUDED, confirmed.
For Rivian, you can include it during checkout and it has a storage location under the bed. Not the best, but IT IS there.
If Tesla does not include/offer one, AND allow to store it out of...
I'd be willing to bet that the vast majority of people that are claiming that there will be a price increase on existing CT reservations, have never bought a Tesla using a pre-order.
Anyone who bought a model s, model 3, or model y, before it was actually on the road will tell you that Tesla...
JBee is correct. This issue is well documented with Bolt owners who have this digital RVM feature on the upper trims. You have to refocus when looking at the digital-display which is not eye-ball-friendly; where you do not have to do this on a simple RVM. The math has been done.
This photograph was presented along with the side sails and tailgate ramp, which have both been deleted on the latest prototype.
Compared to the Ford, Silverado and Rivian, this frunk is much smaller. I hope we all get the frunk we see here, but I wouldn't bet on it.
Tesla has been hiding the frunk on the CT.
I guarantee you it will be hella small, as they wanted to keep the cabin full-size and the bed at 6.5ft.
A fridge in the frunk might work, but it might be very small, better to just plug in a cheap 120v $50 mini fridge, strapped into the back seat...
+1 vote for local meetups and owners groups.
I will never accept another car without some form of live drive, or at least a passenger ride along.
My model 3 was a very low VIN, from Feb-2018, and boy is the cabin loud at highway speeds OMG. I would have never completed the online purchase...
I figured it out, those extensions on the front and back street bumpers are to install heavy duty bumpers in front and behind the vehicle. Here are examples of how they are connected using similar extensions on a jeep.
The F-150 EV, Silverado EV and Rivian R1T all have full size spares, so the CT better well have one and not some fakery BS by placing it on the bed nonsense.
It better be placed out of the way but still accessible; JUST LIKE everyone else has managed to do it.
Whoever is suggesting fix-a-flat...
Another Nothing Burger post.
It's starting to get old and tired with all these posts having no substance.
Looking forward to the next fake video of Tesla employees putzing around with a cybertruck outside for everyone's drone to see, so they can fake being annoyed to get some press...
TCL just made a video on YouTube showing the interior of the silverado EV. On the 100K+ vehicle, those are the cheapest seats I have ever seen on a non-fleet truck. Typical general motors EV seats made from cheap fabric and probably uncomfortable as heck, just like the garbage seats they gave...
Glad they are pushing the arm further than it was originally designed.
That being said, hopefully everyone noticed in the video that this arm was already fully developed at Johns Hopkins and this company is simply partnering to extend it's functionality.
They are not developing a brand new...
