Do the interior sidewalls of the CT bed now look like they're slightly tapered inward as you get to the bed floor? I thought the original prototype showed they were 90' to the floor.
Model S/X had (has?) adjustable head rests. The way the look, it would seem they don't move, but they do move up and down.
I like having this be adjustable, but a small headrest pillow goes a long way I guess.
The Hummer EV is already coming off the assembly line, so GM will make their Silverado EV deadline without issue. Lots of the EV tech from the Hummer just plugs into the truck.
Tesla better get moving on the CT, because Ford and GM are coming fast, with better and more solid pricing to boot.
Toyota will drag out this truck's release for YEARS and only build them in very limited numbers. No one who follows EV news believes anything that Toyota says anymore.
Losses, really? A 7k sale on a non-existent software that will probably not be widely available for the next 5-7 years? I would hardly call that a LOSS.
And don't forget that big companies like Tesla/GM/Ford/etc setup CONTRACTs well in advance with suppliers of raw goods. I highly doubt there have been any meaningful fluctuations in the cost to make the CT, so if the price does go up, it is Tesla greediness to blame, not C0v1d. Costs for massive...
Wiper blade seems fugly, but I have bigger fish to fry with the truck bed length.
We were promised a 6.5ft bed length [closed] in the presentation slides. Don't screw this up Tesla.
Next, I better get 35 inch TRUCK tires as shown, not some lame LRR tires to get a higher range estimate.
Sorry but Musk is starting to skate on thin ice....
I put a good faith deposit on the tri-motor, already going way above my budget just to try to get the truck somewhat soon. Now my selection of trimotor is at the end of the line according to this thread, and I might even have to pony up...
I am pretty sure the bed depth at the brake-light is going to be the same as the F-150 long bed, which is 21.4 inches deep. Additionally, bed length has been confirmed to match Ford's @ 6.5 ft long [78in] and 69in wide [no lost wheel well space in CT bed!], according to the top-down official...
BTW, really like your youtube channel, need more content!
About this "Cybertruck Adventure Rally", probably best to push this out if hoping to have Cybertrucks there. In any case, have fun and post some videos about it!
I am hoping to get my Tri-motor by then, if the stars align. Would like...
If this is what the final truck will look like, I don't think the front matches the back now, in terms of general structural size. I guess I will need to see it in person.
obviously this is prototype, but we can see from all the hi-res closeup shots from the Peterson museum that this, and probably the final version will be high-strength plastic.
