My wiper acts exactly the same way. I definitely prefer it in the vertical position when not moving. Same with light at and under seat storage bins. I picked mine up almost 2 weeks ago and have been notified that Tesla is sending me a package. Hopefully it’s one of the two or both. Enjoy! ?
Have you ever signed a contract before? Do you not understand why someone makes a contract? If it was more beneficial to Tesla to provide the “ courtesy “ that you ask, don’t you think those would have been terms within the contract? ???
That depends on how you drive. Care to share you trip data and kWh usage? It’s pretty entitled to think that you can burn through a third party consumable and expect the manufacturer to provide a “ warranty “
