Thanks for this info. It's something I've been wondering about and this tells me that it'll be fine for my use. BTW, there are some very good self inflating mattresses out there that are extremely comfortable. I have a 4.5" Lost Horizon that's as comfortable as a decent bed IMO. Not light...
The Apple car was always a pipedream, albeit an expensive one. Perhaps Steve Jobs could have pulled it off, but unfortunately he's gone. Visionaries are few and far between. Musk is one but Cook is more of the MBA type of CEO. That said, Apple is a cash machine but IMO innovation has lagged...
To be fair to Motortrend. Ultimate car of the year for their 70 year history (as of 2019):
"We are confident that, were we to summon all the judges and staff of the past 70 years, we would come to a rapid consensus: No vehicle we've awarded, be it Car of the Year, Import Car of the Year, SUV...
Obsessing over the few negative comments, but Motortrend's summary is:
"For now, our first brief taste of the Cybertruck has been very sweet. It's futuristic and whimsical but exhibits the kind of down-to-earth practicality that truck buyers demand. The Cybertruck is a credible competitor for...
It's like that around here. My Model Y was delivered about 18 months ago (mid Minnesota) and I could drive around all day without seeing another Tesla, would have to go down into the city to see another one. School kids would jump up and down and give me thumbs up at their bus stops. The...
I received my invite to order a couple days ago. Can't afford 100k with no rebate. Disappointed. I originally was going to use the CT for "camping" but because of the shortened bed and no pass through my Model Y is arguably better for that. Slept in it a few times, once with an attached tent...
Just a point to note: AFAIK only the "Universal Wall Connector" supports Powershare, the Gen 3 does not.
You also need either the Gateway or a Powerwall 3.
POWER YOUR HOME DURING AN OUTAGE FOR OVER THREE DAYS USING TESLA POWERSHARE TECHNOLOGY. CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR CYBERTRUCK ONLY...
The big difference would be the Universal Wall Connector as it would allow bidirectional charging/power delivery with a Cybertruck when combined with either the Tesla Gateway or Powerwall 3. Most likely also with at least some future Teslas.
Test requested. Please take your Weber to an active rail yard and leave it sit for a few days. Then post some before and after photos (if the grill is still there). ;)
