    12/8 CyberBeast waiting room

Tough to admit here, but with each passing day/week my enthusiasm has waned. My buddy came by with his wrapped AWD over the weekend and it’s genuinely amazeballs, but I’m truthfully becoming more interested in a used eTron GT for my wife, keep my R1S, and have about $40-50k leftover. If my...

Apples vs Oranges, but despite waiting for my Cyberbeast VIN I’m almost more excited about the Polestar 3

Yep - we have the Polestar 2 as well and agree with your comments. The reality is my wife doesn’t love it (mostly SW driven too), so the chance of us actually getting another Polestar is low. That said, we had a XC40 Recharge as a loaner last week while the R1S was getting a kink worked out and...

Apples vs Oranges, but despite waiting for my Cyberbeast VIN I’m almost more excited about the Polestar 3

Agree completely. Financing for the company is a concern for sure, but I love the cars. That Polestar 5….yummy.

https://www.autoguide.com/auto/auto-news/polestar-3-pricing-announced-with-huge-7-500-lease-incentive-44609365 Again, I realize there is no direct comparison between the two, but it’s $30-$35k less and I’m arguably more attracted to it.

    Naming your Cyberbeast?

At this point I’m thinking Vapor feels about right. Still no VIN despite ordering in first 30 minutes back during the 12/8 order opening process.

Is Financial documents prerequisites to VIN assignment

I stated I’m paying cash, as I’m sure many others have, so not sure why they’d hold people up on that. FWIW I’d say cash buyer even if I intended to finance given the unknown timelines.

    12/8/23 Waiting Room

Same for me except 11274XXXX and did get the greenlight on my PowerShare survey…wonder when we’ll see beasts getting VINs and delivered.

Switching order from Cyberbeast to AWD

I have such mixed emotions on this. Part of me thinks “In for a penny, in for a pound”, but the rational part of me thinks I’m paying more to wait longer and get speed I may never use and bells and whistles that are cool but not amazeballs from a difference perspective. I’ve had my R1S since May...

    FOUNDATION SERIES DELIVERED LIST?

I’m in the same boat as everyone else here. Originally reserved the moment the url went on screen during the reveal. Ordered within 30 minutes of the Friday night email in early December. Did the home survey, completed everything on the app that I could. Based on the rumors of build quantities...

Will not inputting “Finance Partner Information” yet keep them from allocating/shipping?

I just changed to say I’m a cash buyer, and I’ll revert back to financing and will input the details as soon as I have a delivery date expectation.

    Satin Black Wrapped Cybertruck

Damn I think that looks amazeballs…but I’ll live with my stainless for at least a little bit once it arrives.

Cybertruck V2H (Vehicle to Home) Survey - “Install Powershare Home Backup” w/ $4000 install allowance for Cyberbeast Foundation (no credit for AWD)

I’d love to do the same with my old SunPower inverter (keeping my older SunPower panels). Don’t know how realistic that is.

Cybertruck V2H (Vehicle to Home) Survey - “Install Powershare Home Backup” w/ $4000 install allowance for Cyberbeast Foundation (no credit for AWD)

Came from Tesla. Should have paid closer attention, but questions included address, type of home, rent or own, where will you park, distance from main panel to where you’ll park, do you have solar (Tesla or someone else), do you have battery backup, [edit] and asked about your main panel...

For those of us with solar (non-Tesla) and no powerwall, how do we take advantage of Powershare?

Btw, to clarify I would want to use Powershare as designed and intended and am inquiring what minimum hardware I need (I own nothing Tesla yet, but presumably the Cyberbeast is coming with that Powershare credit).

For those of us with solar (non-Tesla) and no powerwall, how do we take advantage of Powershare?

Happy to post her in case it helps others. Panel had a little work done the other day so here’s what I have. Much appreciated!

For those of us with solar (non-Tesla) and no powerwall, how do we take advantage of Powershare?

Unfortunately I have a wonky setup where our original 6 kWh SunPower system was installed in 2011. In 2018 we installed a new roof and added a parallel 4 kWh system, this time LG panels with solaredge microinverters. No battery backup yet. So with the Cyberbeast ordered I’m wondering what my...

Will not inputting “Finance Partner Information” yet keep them from allocating/shipping?

I’m assuming I can take my time to decide how much I want to finance and with whom, and even though I’m not progressing beyond that step in the app, Tesla should continue with whatever build/shipping process even though that step is outstanding, right? Stated differently, do I *need* to line...
