Just like YouTube to show me a guy working on a wrecked Cybertruck, then 90 minutes later I realize I'm watching videos of a Lotus Evija racing around a track and forgot how the hell I arrived there.
If you are talking about the fender coming past the frunk by a small margin, I don't think there's going to be much to do there without compromising the ability to seal and make it waterproof at 100mph.
I drove about 20 miles to precondition at 15%, didn't really see a stark difference, but there were about 10 cars at a 16 car location. It was 90°F outside though. I guess my expectations were a little high, but to be honest after 12k miles and coast to coast round trip I haven't really felt any...
My solution is 57 gallon Husky containers. Fits large items, has wheels, and is low enough to still put things on, and I believe fits under the Cybertent if that applies.

If they want to survive, they should skip the R2 as quick as possible and go straight to the R3X. It generated as much buzz and interest as the Cybertruck online. It's unique and ticks a lot of first time EV owner boxes as well as potential Rivian owner boxes.
R2 as a smaller R1S was a pure...
Gotta love Colorado. I drove in a hailstorm for about 5 mins at around 35 mph and it sounded like the glass was going to break but it was fine. I don't recommend it though.
I saw that thread as well, but those don't hold large items like full sized suitcases. Or any suitcase that isn't built for Frontier airlines "personal item." I needed an empty cab for 5 people and all their stuff protected in the vault. I thought about getting 2 of those sideways in the...
It does overlap by about an inch or so but physics and levers prevents it from mattering so far (see 3rd pic). I haven't filled them with water, gravel, or bricks... yet
It's been to 26 states, in temperatures from 25°F - 100°F, from 0ft - 12k feet of elevation, and pretty much every type of driving you can think of at this point with the exception of towing. Never hyper-miled, and typically 5 mph over everywhere.
