No, Mexico was first then Canada - I know because I was so jealous when Mexico got theirs before us. However, I'm happy they did because it allowed my VIN number to be in the 40k therefore not being susceptible to the early Foundation Series build quality issues.
For those wishing to have a way to push their A/C or Heat into the Vault area either for pets, camping, or to keep items (somewhat) refrigerated.

Which brings this back to the initial post / question. If there was no connection in the beginning or a dedicated port to add on a battery pack, then was this all a ploy to basically get interest-free loan from customers to offset the loss Tesla would've faced with Cybertruck production?
@Edphonse - I’m glad to hear this feature was at least intended, sucks that it never came to fruition. I would be very keen and interested in seeing your process on how to potentially tap into and make our own make shift version of a range extender.
I understand Tesla has given up on the Range Extender, however I do wonder if anyone has taken the truck completely apart - especially the truck bed area. The reason I ask is because now I’m curious to know if there ever was true intention of bringing the Range Extender to market or did they...
Guys, let's just put an end to this and all agree to disagree that @igs is not functioning at full mental capacity.
@igs:
1) Please stop buying FSD, buying Teslas, and farming on this thread.
2) The obvious call-to-action in this situation was for you to be monitoring your blindspot - either...
Thank you for letting me know. Which software version are you on?
It seems you're quite knowledgeable when it comes to networks, so I won't dumb it down.
Have you tested your Wi-Fi band as well?
2.4Ghz: 1 , 6, 11
Width: 20, if it's on 20, then switch to 40 or 20/40
5Ghz: 149, 157, 161
Width...
The Wi-Fi at the Superchargers is "hard coded" by Tesla to automatically connect once entering the Wi-Fi zone - it's the same thing with "Tesla Service", it connects your car to Wi-Fi when at the Service Center.
Here to help.
When connected to your home Wi-Fi,
1) tap on the car icon - lower left, then "Wi-Fi" (in the settings menu),
2) tap on your Wi-Fi SSID - SSID being the Wi-Fi name, you should see "Remain Connected in Drive".
3) Make sure there is a check mark beside the "Remain Connected in Drive"...
You do realize what "T-Bone" means right? If not, let me explain:
T-Bone = Perpendicular
What you're referring to is called a "Side Swipe". You're welcome.
I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max with an ESR case and I've never tried the wireless charger based on all the things I've read. Perhaps I'll give it a go. Mine's a 43k VIN. I'll try with and without the case, then report back.
Do you think it's 5W or 10W or 15W for the built-in charger?
That's not true @CyberGus , I just drove up to Lillooet, BC. Drove through the snow like a charm. Mind you, I don't drive like a normal civilian. I love late night drives when the Titanic met her demise. Bad joke or not, I want to push my truck to its absolute limits. Don't believe me? Got to...
A video of a Cybertruck has been circulating on instagram and I knew it was a matter of time that someone would forward this video of it being stuck in barely any snow.
This was my response:
Thoughts?
