I have a somewhat similar step down converter, but it’s 48V>24V and it’s connected to the frunk power feed for a different project I’m working on.
Did you confirm you have the correct wires connected?
You can omit the A since they're all built in Austin.
Also for those wondering, VIN year codes never use I, O, Q, U, or Z to prevent confusion with other characters. :)
My first experience with FSD V14 was it attempting to go the wrong way on a one way.. not a good first impression. V13 never did this.

My drivers side door squeaks as well. I'm gonna try to apply grease as @AO-Pete mentioned earlier in this post to this part (circled) of the door, which is where the squeaks are coming from on my truck.
