I have the same noise issue. Also 40-60 most noticeable. And seemingly more when cold. Mine goes away on a gradual left curve. But is present on straight away or right hand curve. I call it a whistling or rustling noise. Definitely up front somewhere.

Really? The solar needs an AC line reference to work. The inverter on the truck only works in one direction at a time.... if it is charging, it won' put out power, and vice versa.

Put your wifi hub onto a UPS, and you won't have that switchover problem.

No. The inverter on the truck can either provide power, or be used to charge the truck. But not both at the same time.

Today Tesla service figured it out. The stainless trim that runs down from the front window to the base of the windshield, on the left side, is held in place (apparently) by several bolts. The tech tightened the nut closest to the front, by two turns (it was loose). Now the noise is gone...

That is weird. I have a similar brake light plugged into the hitch, and using the 4-pin power connection there. It does indeed think I should be in Trailer Mode..... which I go ahead and enable. Then FSD still works just fine for me.
