Most of the comments I read over there seem to be along the line of - Tesla promised lower pricing and greater range than what was actually delivered and that is why they did not go through with their reservation.
Those are both true.
I just priced out a base dual motor CT ($79,990) factoring in the $7500 tax credit. Totaling all fees and taxes, it would come to $80,108 delivered. I don't mind paying appropriate taxes but . . .
The reason I bought my first Tesla in 2014 was a result of Turo-ing a Model S back then. I could never Turo one of my personal vehicles, but I'm glad that some can and choose to do so.
Of course it was a little boy maneuver. Who fires an entire team? Like everyone of them was terrible at their job? It was that team that got Tesla to the unarguable prime charging position throughout the entire industry. The head had a documented argument with him. The rest is history.
Each one of these mindless fools raises our collective vehicle insurance each tine they cause a crash. It wasn't an accident. It was a crash. Some people really shouldn't have licenses.
