I realize I am late to the thread. Here in Fremont they were overloaded when my Model S was hit and I was allowed to choose a Tesla certified shop. You might have that option, don't tell Tesla if eBay parts are used. But an eBay trunk lid saved me at least a month repair time.

The bed bin will not store the ramp with the separators in. Oscillating cut off tool and 10 minutes solves it.
