Rough rainy day in Houston today! Cybertruck got stuck. **video inside**

Tires are 90% of the battle. Even AT tires can get you stuck in mud and those look like the street scorpion tires. Mud is no joke.

Got in a crash, giga cast fractured (video)

This is the problem with not having a steel frame separate from the body. It's a giant model Y with aluminum crumble zones surrounding the steel cab. We need a fan to make external rollcage with tube steel bumpers.

FSD v14.3.2 just dropped with 2026.2.9.9 update

Smashed brakes to avoid a bird flying across the road... Smashed brakes to avoid a rodent running across the road. There needs to be an option to ignore this. In neither case would the vehicle had come in contact with either.

Upgraded my 2024 to 2026 Cybertruck AWD Premium (39xxx to 93xxx) - differences / comparison review

I think it depends on the salesman you talk to. Some are able or more willing to work the system better.

I bought this from teststudio but still haven't installed it. Now they have one that has fiber optics ran through it. They used to list one that wasn't a shade, but a chromatic and had fixed led lights. It should tap into the 48v rail inside the cab, not routing wires from the frunk into...

anyone want to guess whats going on here?!?

Same. I always get weird looks. One person said, "I thought I'd never see this". Some attendants still ask if I need gas.

Factory Goodyear tires wear on Cyberbeast at 10,500 miles

For efficiency/mpge. Even without enabling that option, the traction is so good on Teslas(can adjust each motor 1k/min) that most people don't need full time 4WD.

Factory Goodyear tires wear on Cyberbeast at 10,500 miles

As others stated, beast has a FWD permanent magnetic motor that is always powered and the rears are dragged unless needed. AWD has that permanent magnetic motor in the rear and only uses the front when needed for power/traction. If you toggle the "slippery surface" in dynamics, it will...

    FSD stopped working today!

I have had a few instances where the cameras(sides or all) didn't work temporarily. Last year all cameras were black for a short 10 minute trip. They worked the next time I drove. I did have the sides turn off the other week for less than a minute and FSD kicked off until they came back...

I received a trade in quote from Tesla on my early build Foundation series

Even that video is a bit much for me. It's a truck. It's meant to get dirty and be able to stand up to dogs and driving through the woods. The only fancy cleaning supplies I spend money on is a spray bottle of simple green in the bed for the hard to remove dead bugs when the squeegee...

    Unusual tire wear

Are you going to get an alignment after replacement? I'm going to schedule one just to rule out that it was never done from the factory correctly(my steering wheel wasn't aligned and vehicle was veering when centered or using FSD off the lot). I've heard about people complaining the tri-motors...

Cybertruck Curved 40" Bumper Off Road Lightbar Question:

Any clue how much power the stock lightbar draws? I should be able to tap into the 400W for the roof as well as the frunk power's 400w for 800W total?

    Cybertruck Cargo Vault Divider Battle!

Teststudio seems like a good company. They missed shipping me a bed horizontal shelf and only sent one puddle light from the two that I ordered. They refunded me after I brought it up. I don't know anything about this Kai guy who seems to be a former employee that was selling stolen stock...

I received a trade in quote from Tesla on my early build Foundation series

You have a wrap. Like I said, i get wanting to protect your wrap. My bare metal truck looks perfectly fine, I just take it through the drive through car washes. It makes it easier not worrying about scratching clear coat/wrap when I need to scrub the dried dead bugs on the front.

Sale pice on BFGOODRICH ALL TERRAIN T/A KO2

Not soft like snow tires, but softER than KO3s. They beefed up the side lugs on KO3 and improved water ejection. I love KOs but they will wear faster than tires rated for EVs. I chose BFG HD-Terrains due to being like a KM3 but for HD trucks on gravel roads, which tears up KM3s.

    Unusual tire wear

Tri-motor is front wheel drive biased. I have the same exact issue with the passenger front tire wearing much faster than driver side. Rears still have decent tread depth. Never rotated factory Goodyear ATs.
