Ineligibility for the $7,500 tax credit made buying a FS a no-brainer for me
However I think itās tragic that the credit may never be available at all
Congratulations to all the non-FS people who had the Zen-Master levels of patience to wait! You basically made / saved $20K for NOT reacting āÆļø
I really canāt decide which version is a better value though. Itās impossible to quantify the amount of joy Iāve gotten since picking mine up this past...
You can scratch stainless steel with⦠stainless steel. Give it a try with your kitchen utensils
The perpetrator is not dressed weirdly, he is dressed like a bike courier, hence the waterproof pants with the bicycle shorts over top
The tool he is holding looks like a bicycle multi tool. Those...
More videos. In one video you can see my āsafariā ride settings. I just left it on the on-road settings, even for the crazy steep grades they had going to and from the valley section of the safari. The Cybertruck one-pedal-driving regen does hill-descent-control for you
Please forgive the less than professional camera work
The takeaway from all of this is that the gazelles especially were afraid of the Cybertruck. I think they didnāt recognize it as a car and would run away from it (they loved Jeeps though)
The real challenge is in the electrical work, not the wall charger. An electrician can run 48-50 A lines and on can plug in a $300 50 A wall charger from Amazon
I have personally done all of this and am apocalypse-ready. Pocketed the $2,500 store credit
Had this exact same off grid discussion with my electrician (I have a gas generator that powers the whole house)
You have to turn off the 32 A (or 48 A) breaker for the other EV. It should have it's own breaker, separate from other circuits in your garage
You need the 130 mph top speed to make 10 second quarter mile times at the track
Also I've driven countries where people actually do drive 110 mph (the big highway in Romania). It's a reality. I've done it in a 4 cylinder Skoda (Volkswagen) sedan. At the track I rode a stock GSX-R at 130 mph...
Tonight a friend took their Cybertruck out for a top speed test... and 114 mph was too slow
The dual motor just couldn't hit 115 mph. Maybe it was the AT tires, which were only at 50 psi, with no wheel covers
Interestingly my friend noticed that the rear wheel steering created odd handling at...
Blackberry is a better phone than iPhone. It has an actual keyboard and you can swap out the battery yourself. The iPhone is having a 17 year slow boiling frog momentā¦

Thieves used to do the exact same thing with Honda Civics in the early 90s. Theyād just bend the glass out a few inches though, to reach the door lock
I am nominating this for post of the year. This is less than $2k for parts and labor by electrician. No fussing with Teslaās bs parts and installation hurdles
This was what I was planning to do but made the mistake of installing only a 30 amp transfer switch last year. My electrician warned me...
So long as you donāt lock the differentials it will also work for street. Truth be told I never did street donuts in a truck (only a sports car). Dirt donuts are better because you wonāt demolish your all terrain tires
Baja mode + 80% power to the rear wheels
More importantly check your dirt space. Donāt want any nasty obstructions. If you actually want to drive around and do donuts then do 60% rear wheel bias
Have fun!
