  1. California Cybertruck deliveries on hold while being used as Starlink mobile stations for LA fires

And there it is… maybe not the exact same units as were used.. but this was inevitable. And in such a short time. https://www.carscoops.com/2025/01/tesla-selling-new-and-demo-cybertrucks-with-discounts-of-up-to-3830/
  2. Does everyone’s windshield wiper suck?

06DEC2024 delivery for me… XX51xxx it works okay but I would not say terrible. In SoCal and the magical phantom wipe on random occasion..
  3. Glamis Cybertruck Takeover Coming in February (President's Day Weekend)

I appreciate the offer and gesture but I will not be able to make this outing. I hope all have fun.
  4. CYBERTRUCKco Heavy-duty Rock Sliders Launched today on the site!

I think the question is will the sliders support this..? The weight of the vehicle isolated only at a jack point, or four was this actually tested.
  5. **Elevate Your Cybertruck with the Ultimate LED Hitch Cover! šŸš€**

If only they glowed like the taillights..
  6. Powder coating stock wheels

The stock core wheels I noticed have a ā€˜coarse’ finish.. makes me wonder what exactly the finish is.. I was lucky that the covers did not scratch them at delivery, but I also wonder how this finish would hold up to many on/off installs of the covers. I think they would also look even better...

  8. Exterior Spots - cleaning / treatment?

I have personally used BKF SprayFoam with a Blue ScotchBrite dish sponge (ScotchBrite side).. Apply a bit, use sponge just to agitate the spot and move the foam around (DO NOT need any hard pressure or scrub) and the stubborn spots have disappeared. you may want to commit and do all the panels...
  9. Home charging speed

I use 110V outlet in garage for my daily charging to cover my commute to work and suck, as I did with my ModelY. I see 12-ish% SOC gain overnight (8hour minimum) which is plenty for me.. only marginally less than what I saw in ModelY charge overnight… all depends on what you need. I am...
  10. Another disappointed service appreciation thread....

Not all Tesla Service experiences are bad.. I have experienced both ends of the spectrum. but none of my Tesla service visits have been as bad as my BMW service visits. if you are in SoCal and have the opportunity to choose Camarillo or Augora, I highly recommend them..
  11. Police Wheels on My Cybertruck looks SICK (UP.FIT Wheels Cybertruck)

Higher profile sidewall is not typically ā€˜better’ for 0-60 either.
  12. Model Y Refresh (Juniper) Revealed

Eye-spy a squircle-ish steering wheel (on the China launch page).. I wonder if that’s a nod to other tech which may be included on this variant.
  13. Solid, plush, quiet ride with a view

So… I drove a ModelS (latest refresh non-plaid with yoke) as a loaner while CyberTruck was in for service.. what an eye-opener that experience was. Gives some first hand context as to just how exceptional the CyberTruck really is.. yes I know they are two different vehicle segments, but the...
  14. Cybertruck Metal KEY!!

let’s not forget how much keyfobs used to cost not long ago.. But yes, they are definitely trying to squeeze every penny of profit out of the products..
  15. Model Y Refresh (Juniper) Revealed

Conflicted with the styling. or maybe I still have a soft spot for the OG ModelY styling. CyberCab looks cool, CyberTruck is glorious This new ModelY is somewhere in between. maybe I was anticipating more of a refreshed Model3 look, with lightbars. interior looks fabulous.
  16. Tesla is buffing out Foundation Series badging for non FS resale

Having just recieved my CyberTruck from service to remove some surface imperfections/scratches (which turned out better than expected) I would say this ā€˜badge elimination’ is not impossible…
