    Long Range RWD Delivery!

Correct, where the turn signal lights amber, it just doesn't light white when headlights are on.

$69,990 is new price for Dual Motor AWD Cybertruck

I think people who bought the $60k Cybertruck wanted a Cybertruck and no other. $80k is very expensive starting point, so waiting for used or price reduction. This promotion was the perfect opportunity for those to go for it. I went from RWD to AWD. RWD was best I can do at that time. It was...

    Long Range RWD Delivery!

Most likely the same, since the photos on the order site is the same images of the RWD. It still don't show the tonneau cover. The RWD taillight did not have the center tailgate section light bar. It still has the third brake light that comes on during braking. It was fine with me, since it...

$69,990 is new price for Dual Motor AWD Cybertruck

Also notice, they used the leftover RWD images and graphics on the order page. It doesn't even show having a tonneau.

    18" wheel weight?

Not sure the weight of the 18" wheels itself, but based on the table. AWD All season tires which is the core wheels compared to all terrains which come with Cyberwheels is 17-18 lbs difference at front/rear axles, therefore calculates to 8.5-9lbs difference each wheel/tire. When RWD was...

    18" wheel weight?

I believe the 18" inch steelies and tires is similar or same weight to the Cyberwheels and tires. Below are the vehicle weight in old user manual that listed RWD specifications:

$69,990 is new price for Dual Motor AWD Cybertruck

It is not completely necessary the RWD parts are currently sitting in storage, but rather supplier obligations to deliver a quantity a month per contract. Additionally, there was also R&D and tooling cost to make the unique parts to recoup. Or they would have made new parts for the dual motor...

[UPDATE: NO LONGER APPLIES] Cybertrucks ordered by 3/31/26 qualify for FSD transfer (confirmed)

Tesla is a very quick decision company. Corporations are normally very slow in change. I kind of had the feeling the FSD transfer deadline was the date, since FSD purchase deadline was 2/14, which gives a month and half time for purchase and delivery before 3/31. While it is bummer, they are...

$69,990 is new price for Dual Motor AWD Cybertruck

I took delivery of the AWD "premium" two weeks before the "dual motor" AWD dropped. I felt double screwed after my disappointment with discontinued RWD tonneau and took some loss to move to AWD. At the end it was what it was, but worked out, since I would not have been able to transfer FSD from...

$69,990 is new price for Dual Motor AWD Cybertruck

I had driven my RWD for about 7k miles. in terms of comfort, the AWD air suspension is more plush. The coil is in my opinion 90% of the air, especially since you also get the 18 inch wheels, so more tire wall. Coil suspension feels sportier and more responsive. Air on sport mode does not feel...

$69,990 is new price for Dual Motor AWD Cybertruck

At $70k, it would take much longer to clear out the inventory. They had anticipated to sell RWD last year, but barely sold 500 RWD. Supply chain components minimum buy quantity were probably in the thousands. RWD had unique components they had to produce. Additionally, I think it was also to...

$69,990 is new price for Dual Motor AWD Cybertruck

The temporary $60k was most likely to reduce RWD parts inventory and also gesture to abandoned RWD owners opportunity to trade in with minimal loss. I got 60k trade-in on my RWD when traded to the AWD "premium", so this would been near even trade if was announced before I had ordered. However...

[UPDATE: NO LONGER APPLIES] Cybertrucks ordered by 3/31/26 qualify for FSD transfer (confirmed)

I don't think majority of people who bought the dual motor were transferring FSD anyways, but rather the more affordable price that all were waiting for. Purchase of FSD was very low.

Coil Springs ride quality vs. Air Suspension - no compromise at all (says Cybertruck lead engineer)

Having owned and driven LR RWD 7000 miles, the coil suspension is very comfortable. It still had the Bilstein active dampers and in combination with the 18 inch balloon tires felt very comparable to AWD air suspension. The coil suspension actually felt more sporty and had better turning...

[UPDATE: NO LONGER APPLIES] Cybertrucks ordered by 3/31/26 qualify for FSD transfer (confirmed)

I love the FSD feature. It makes road trips relaxing and takes burden off daily drives. Hopefully they can honor the early buyers on deliveries after March 31st. They did always mention FSD transfer can change anytime:

    Long Range RWD Delivery!

It was 366 miles with roll up cover. highest range was the reason I bought it as well. From my normal commute, I saw efficiency <300Wh/mi. Averaging 270-280Wh/mi and as low as 220Wh/mi some instance. On my AWD, so far have not seen below 300Wh/mi. Not sure if it needs breaking in. Although, I...

ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) coming soon via update

I think ANC have always been listed. Interested in how it works. In ANC headphones, it plays the inverse waveform of the noise, thus cancels out the noise waveform. There are some side effects, since it is outputting an inverse noise at the same amplitude, your brain perceives the frequencies.

    Long Range RWD Delivery!

Tesla probably give you a nice trade in for the RWD. This is good time to upgrade to the dual motor AWD. I wish they had announced this earlier. I think they made the dual motor AWD to sell off remaining RWD parts inventory, but also give RWD opportunity for upgrade with minimal trade-in loss...
