I haven't had to do it since my first time. There's no difference between regen down hill, towing a trailer pushing you or someone pulling you. It all works the same. Regen percentage doesn't change in either way you do it too.
Just throw in back 2- 5k Jackery solar chargers and done. Have 240v output, 10kw storage at 30amps 7200w output to charge truck when needed. Way cheaper at $2400 each and removal is seconds not days by a dealer.
Can't wait for Powershare to be available for PW owners like myself. Zero lag time. The truck powers the PWs directly and not the house. The PWs power the house directly on a grid out. Smarter. I'd get a PW or Batt back up in addition to CT Powershare.
Yes, put it on drive, someone has to be in front seat obviously and pull. It really does regen. But not at 10 miles per 1/10th. My truck gained in 5 miles 1 mile. Also didn't lose anything in the 5 miles. Was on hwy 108, California. Towed by a Dodge...I'm sure some idiot posted it on some...
The truck doesn't distinguish if it's a human or stuff. If anything over 20lbs, in the manual, is on any seat it will trigger and always trigger. There could be something wrong with your sensor calibration and would recommend taking it in and tell them. I did for my front pass seat as it needed...
Ok, I'm gonna just help everyone stop worrying your little pants off! Ok. Look at picture and let that sink in. CT AWD original tires, no cover for 27k miles and didn't see any change whatsoever with them on. Also just put on 1k miles ago the BFG KO3s on Original rims and same mileage. Ok now...
Agree. I did though connect my wall charger to the panel that my solar, wall batteries and PGE supply house at so I can charge truck off my production when I want and not PGE directly 100%. Then true up fees are killing me. Last year I racked up 5k in fees by charging truck at home.
The earlier wall chargers 2019 era which I have are adjustable up to 80amps but truck doesn't go above 48amps which sucks!! Wish Tesla would change that. I have 200amp supply at my house.
I did once towing my airstream with our H2. Fuel gauge was not accurate. Said I had 10 miles left and only got 1 then was out. 300 feet from the gas station.
FSD changed 2 updates ago. Doesn't stay in center of lane and runs on yellow center lines hitting reflectors. I noticed alot are complaining about this.
Hey we've all now had something done to our vehicles by an Idiot over political and hateful views. If only we got a notification for all sentry mode events then we would be able to at real time get out to our vehicles grab the A$$holes and pin them to the walls!! Someone on here has some...
Correct. I got them mixed up with my KM3's where I had the 2018 version and now the 2022 versions and both are horrible for wear so that being said, hope they use a different compound which I be tthey do for the KO3's and the world wide cupping issue is fixed.
I'm hesitant to get the KO3's as I have them on my Hummer H2 and I've had nothing but problems with wearing uneven and thousands have had the same issue. Maybe there's been a change since 3 years ago when I got my set? Hummer suspension and shocks have checked out fine. On my Cybertruck the...
They sell them online in many sizes. Amazon, for cooking I bought the Stoke Voltaics electric cooking kit which has been great to use instead of my coleman propane stoves. Unless I'm wheeling with my Jeep back country where my truck can't go and wouldn't take it, then it's back to the propane...
King of Hammers 2025. I was enjoying Wheeling Wine and Whiskey!! Great Podcast by the way! Truck got me to great sunsets and sunrises. Powered everything I needed and put up panels to charge the truck with Jackery 2k plus. Between Tesla, Jackery and Stoke Voltaics I was glamping!! Great...
