  1. Air Compressor for airing up and down?

Like the song says, country boy can survive ? probably it can be done but given I’m worried that the air suspension will have durability issues that I hope would be covered under warranty, I’ll not want to do anything to give them an out on that system. They already have a big out in suspension...
  2. Air Compressor for airing up and down?

I think that port behind the flare is just access for the air suspension and maybe the battery pressurization for wade mode. I haven’t seen anything to suggest you can tap into the air suspension compressor for airing tires. It would be cool if that had been built in but doesn’t seem to be the...
  3. Air Compressor for airing up and down?

With the addition of AC outlets, including 220V, there may be an opportunity for a much faster air compressor for airing up after being on the trails as compared to even the best 12V compressors. However, it seems the highest output compressors are typically paired with the biggest tanks and not...
  4. Full size spare should fit on top of the range extender in the vault

I hope so because I’m hoping it will be possible to build a shelf or mount where the tent would go and have a spare sitting there. It might be tight but I really hope it could work. Otherwise having a spare sitting in the bed would be a huge pain and one on a hitch mount would probably cost a...
  5. How to adjust headlights (height angle) in Cybertruck menu settings. Watch the headlight beam height moving during adjustment 🔦

Interesting, maybe we will find the headlight criticism is simply a tuning issue easily fixed. I still think it’s odd given that self-adjusting headlights are not new. How could they get that wrong at launch? Once you manually adjust do they ever self adjust back to skylights?
  6. How to adjust headlights (height angle) in Cybertruck menu settings. Watch the headlight beam height moving during adjustment 🔦

Nice, let us know if the adjusted lights seem like they work better at illuminating the road. I wonder if the auto adjust is just buggy and can be fixed OTA. The other video made me smile :) Thanks for that
  7. 📊 Cybertruck SUBMITTED ORDERS Tracking List & Stats [Add Yours!]

Ugh, I wonder why I didn’t get mine. I’d call but it seems calling just gets you automated messages recommending you listed to different automated messages. I ordered on 1/11 and haven’t heard squat.
  8. 📊 Cybertruck SUBMITTED ORDERS Tracking List & Stats [Add Yours!]

Interesting. I’d love to hear from someone else in PA to see if anyone has gotten the survey in this state. I suppose it’s possible that they are just lagging in PA or don’t have enough installers or something. I definitely want powershare rather than 6 months of supercharging so hoping I get...
  9. 📊 Cybertruck SUBMITTED ORDERS Tracking List & Stats [Add Yours!]

Apparently there is an email survey about your current electrical service to determine if you are eligible for the PowerShare install. That survey appears to predate VIN assignment and delivery and I have not yet gotten the survey.
  10. 📊 Cybertruck SUBMITTED ORDERS Tracking List & Stats [Add Yours!]

When projecting how long it will take for us all to get our trucks, don’t forget that it’s not like they were sending out invites every day nor equal numbers. It seems like they sent out a pretty large number of invites on 12/8-9 and got a lot of orders (I’d expect this group to have the highest...
  11. Is the Cybertruck a fail ?

A huge part of the attraction for me of CT is that they did go back to understanding the principles of what’s needed in a truck and trying to address those needs. ICE pickups over the last 10-15 years are just like the endless Disney action movie sequels (think Avengers franchise) where every...
  12. Tesla Cybertruck Review - Throttle House

That looks cool and hopefully they will make one for the CT. But it makes me wonder why they wouldn’t use this on the lens in the first place. I definitely agree with the sentiment that for a backup camera I’ll deal with it when it gets dirty every now and then but for a digital rear view camera...
  13. Delivered in Signal Hill/Long Beach California 2/2/24! Just awesome..

Ha, when they call me to schedule delivery I’ll be heading to the car about 10 seconds into the conversation saying, I’ll be there in 20 min ?
  14. Steel Ball Thrown at Cybertruck Window (Glass Strength Test)

The baseball sounded like it was one of those soft kid’s baseballs but the second steel ball through seemed like a legit hard throw. Ballsy test, I wonder how available replacements are at this point had it cracked. Fun watch :)
  15. Delivered in Signal Hill/Long Beach California 2/2/24! Just awesome..

That’s great, I love that they did something like that to make it special. The rocks stacked up next to the tires to make that dead flat concrete pad look rugged off-road is a touching but fairly feeble attempt, kind of like when a five-year-old “cooks” you breakfast and you get a bowl filled...
  16. Bed Cargo Divider issue (alignment)?

BTW, is the L track just standard regular L track that will work with any L track accessories? I hope so, there are some cool options available. Does the manual say what the working limit is on the L track? Curious if something like this could work to strap things in the bed without ripping out...
  17. "Cybertruck Production Increase" Tesla Gigafactory Texas 2/3/2024

Given what we have seen elsewhere on the forum about them potentially holding trucks for some kind of fix are we certain production is up and it’s not just almost finished trucks piling up waiting to get shipped out? I guess we will know for sure soon.
  18. Tesla's Cybertruck VIN Activation Tracker (NOT Customer VIN Allocations)

Either that or they are sobbing with remorse. I hope it’s your version :)
  19. Roof rack options

I’m not so sure how useful the roof rails will be on the CT. Presumably you’d mostly want to put things on them that don’t fit in the bed like kayaks or roof boxes. With the angle, they will have a lot of drag pushing up on the bottom of them and I feel like the attachment mechanism is designed...
