The discolorations on the door might be a type of protective film to be removed later. The fact that the dark areas are specific to the door could be its applied before and color occurred assembly.

Looking at the latest images of the bed, it appears it’s around 72” long at the bottom. The wall track rail is probably an aircraft seat track interface with 1” centers. I count around 61“ of seat track, 3” to the tail gate and 8” more at the forward portion. That’s right at 6’ I’m sure...
