I had a young lady stop me when I got out of my truck to go in the grocery store. She asked, "How do you like driving around in that thing?" I said, "It handles like a sports car, accelerates like a super car, rides better than my Escalade and does it on all terrain tires, what's not to love?"...
Thanks for that info but doesn't the on-board compressor just fill the reservoir tank with plain air? I mean they may fill it with nitrogen for whatever reason while at the service center but as soon as you depressurize the system then it's just pumped back up with air, no?
Not calling you out or trying to be a troll but, where did you get this info? I'm very curious and there's a sticker on the tank that says, "MEDIUM: AIR".
OK, so, what's the final verdict? Why can't we tap into the on-board tank with a "T" and use the compressed air for emergency tire inflation? I'm really looking into doing this.
I think some people hate Cybertruck because they disagree with what Elon Musk does. I think other people hate Cybertruck because they know that it'll spank their asses. I think the rest hate Cybertruck because they are are cowards, afraid to break from the norm (or just of lesser intelligence)...
I didn't update mine yet because I can't go back if I don't like it. I don't understand why they couldn't push an option to switch back and forth, I mean it's software, right? I have a "Virgin Horn"!
I think I'm going to have to get these. Just because I love people that develop aftermarket products to make things more bad ass AND it LOOKS bad ass! It's a double win!
My biggest positive moment was last fall. I was behind a school bus on my way back from the grocery store. As we came to a stop sign I noticed like 15 little faces pressed up against the rear glass of the bus. the bus turned the corner and as it did, I was right behind. As soon as the bus...
If this helps you any...
1) I got my Cyberbeast about a year ago now and I've been back to the dealership 0 times.
2) I got 0% interest on my financing (down payment was a bitch though ;)).
3) There isn't another driving machine (at least that I've ever driven) that compares to the driving...
When I run into a tornado in my Cybertruck, I just drive right up to that tornado that's causing me all of the problems and I say, "Back off! You ain't gettin' in my way! Now, git in da kitchen and make me a sammich!"
I'm going to comment on the steer-by-wire again. When I first heard that it was going to be steer-by-wire I immediately thought that they were nerfing the road feel. Then I thought, "well, it is a pickup truck. Handling isn't the primary focus." I mean, how can you feel the connection between...
This is an amazing idea and one that I hope we can make happen someday. Like a sandbox option on the Tesla computer that lets you control a stand alone computer where you could build you're own custom "screen" with you're own graphics/options and IO. LOVE IT!!!
