Mine's worked well as a wiper for normal precipitation so far. I think the "auto" setting is a bit too aggressive. Fluid spray is pretty bad (insert aftermarket solution here).
For me I've adapted to using the side mirrors if I want to see what's behind me. With the Tesla camera/display I can't really make out what's behind me unless they are right on my ass. Is it a cop? Can't tell. With my Hummer EV the digital mirror/camera was MUCH better and (almost) a true...
I have played with FSD a bit and I've always wondered; If I engage FSD without putting in a destination, FSD will take me there. I don't know where, but it's taking me there! Now I've never just let it run it's course (and maybe sometime soon I will) just to see where it'll take me but it has...
It handles like a sports car, accelerates like a super car, rides both smoother and quieter than my Escalade did and it does it all on all terrain tires! What's not to love? Yet I still get people that flip me off or give me thumbs down. I wish they knew what driving one is like. Instead they...
This is my opinion as well. I'd have to imagine that the cast aluminum frame is isolated electrically from the body. It would be really disappointing if it is not.
It just started to snow here in Michigan and with that comes SALT! I think I'm going to drive my old Escalade while they are salting the roads this winter. Now I doubt that the salt will rust holes in the CT stainless steel but tarnish it maybe? Maybe it can be buffed out in the spring with BKF...
This is good info but makes me think there is something else going on with my truck. I loose about 4% - 6% (or more) per day in a heated garage (warm or cold out) without sentry or anything. It all started with an update back in the summer. I loose more energy to vampire drain than I do driving...
Chuck Norris just cock slaps his closed. Now, mushroom prints are a whole 'nuther' problem but that's how you know you're truly a bad ass. You drive around in your Cyberbeast with mushroom prints on the door.
I don't use heat on the way to work. The cabin stays warm enough from being in the heated garage. Also, I've already lost 2-3% before I even unplug the truck. This has not always been this way. I've always used Sentry ever since I got the truck (but have it disabled at home and work) and Sentry...
So I've been getting serious vampire drain since an update happened a couple months ago. It might have been the update when we got "Parking Assist" (or maybe the update before/after, I can't quite remember). I always charge my truck at home during off-peak hours (after 11PM) and only charge to...
I wish there was a solution to have both. The puddle illumination functionality with the glam of the Cybertruck symbol cast brighter in the center. I guess I'm spoiled...
I've never gotten the "over temp" warning that I'm aware of. I always just try and get home quickly so it'll shut off. It only takes like 15 to 20 minutes for me to get home but it runs the entire time, purging air occasionally going, "pfffshshshshsht, pfffshshshshsht".
I've turned century off and everything else that I can possibly think of to get it to quit but it still does it. I tried the two wheel reset tonight just to be sure but still does it. I consider that a CRAZY amount of power to be lost to "thin air". Also to note is that the "energy statistics"...
It seems that if my air compressor for the suspension kicks on it will NEVER shut off until I put the truck in park. I can hear it running all of the way to my destination and occasionally hear it bleed off (what I'm assuming is excess air pressure) multiple times on my way but it will continue...
My truck didn't experience any (negligible) battery drain until I believe update 2024.32.5.4 (might have been an update before or after that, I can't remember). Now I loose 5% per day all things being the same.
Does anyone have problems playing "Cat Quest" or "Stardew Valley" with a bluetooth controller? I bought this controller (that a few mentioned on this site that supposedly works) but it crashes "Stardew Valley" whenever I go fishing or take any damage. "Cat Quest" won't even load. Ineresting to...
UPDATE!!! I figured out something HUGE related to my problem. Games only crash when I'm using a bluetooth controller. The specific controller that I'm using is the color changing, "Switch Controller". I wonder if this controller is not compatible with Cybertruck.
