That article was very poorly written, light on specifics/details/side by side comparisons and anything even remotely in depth. I did not watch the video and won’t after reading the article.
While we’re financially great, certainly don’t have unlimited funds. So the thought of getting the updated 3 and then an AWD CT without the markup in a year or two makes more and more sense. That’s probably the biggest driving factor for me.

Certainly possible. I even specifically asked this and they said they know nothing more than what I can see on my app. Which I sadly believe, as this isn’t our first Tesla rodeo.

Configured for FS CT AWD on 1/5 and with the wait, starting to feel like upgrading our 3 to new 3 and then later getting non-FS CT makes the most sense for us.

So very right. My experience with Tesla service center staff is that they’re completely disconnected from the mothership with this information. 875 is highly suspect, but like someone else said, it’s a “data point”.

Fairly easy process setting up account and then applying for loan and probably the best rate most can get outside of specific credit unions only available to certain groups.
