Hey man, I’m in the same boat. There are 4 or 5 of us with similar issues. I’m in Fort Lauderdale and it’s been 2 weeks that’s my CyberTruck has been in the shop for the same electrical issue I presume. I say presume because the Service Center has been pretty tight-lipped about communicating...
Hey man, so I’ve identified 4 of us now that have the same issue, almost certainly centered around the 48v harness. The other 2 are located here in Florida and are currently waiting 2-3 weeks now for updates from Tesla. Seems to be a bigger issue than anyone is reporting on.
I did some research on my own and this is what I’ve found:
Low Voltage System is a term used to describe the electrical system used in Tesla vehicles.
In this system, the car's high-voltage battery (usually between 350V and 400V) uses a high-voltage DC to low-voltage DC converter to power the...
So I spoke to the service tech yesterday, they just entered a generic ticket for it until the the service tech who specializes in Cyber Trucks has a look at it. The strap isn’t even related or the issue, it’s just a default.
I received my CyberTruck in Fort Lauderdale just 4 days ago #1949. I had been enjoying driving it around town with no issues. Following dinner out last night, I proceeded to back out of a parking space when all the bells and whistles went off. I couldn’t drive the CyberTruck more than 5mph and...
Well the truck is covered in dry mud. Every Tesla Visitor has been touching it, and the inside (while wrapped) has dirt and mud inside too. Apparently for delivery presentation, it’s a big job.
so I visited the Tesla Dealership today and went hunting for VIN numbers on the 4 CyberTrucks they’ve had sitting on their lot for the last 10 days. I received my VIN on February 13th and haven’t heard a peep from Tesla. I was able to confirm my VIN number matched one of the 4 where the VIN is...
875 is probably not far off if you don’t count celebrities, billionaires, employees, executives, testing, and first scrapped versions. I know that my order’s VIN number is under 2,000 and I still haven’t received a delivery date yet. So I think it’s entirely plausible.
