Santa Ana California service center. They told me it's Tesla policy across the board that 70mph is the cut off.

Yes, the noise is at cruising speeds usually above 47 mph it's a gearbox noise, it's NOT the UFO sound at low speeds.

I'll try to get some time to post vid, but there are vids out there already and the sound is the same. Funny thing is in mine, the service manager drive it and acknowledged the nose is not normal but said he couldn't do anything about it he said engineering didn't give any real way to fix it.
