Do you actually own a Cybertruck?
Crissa is quite prolific on this forum and has a lot of valuable insight. I will let them respond on their own, but there are a lot of people here who are among the 2 million people who made a reservation for the Cybertruck. I would guess actual owners are still in the minority.

Data point: Cyberbeast owner, VIN 000227

Cosmetic issues:
  1. Scratches on the hood at delivery (Not fixed yet)
  2. Misaligned hood (Fixed)
Functional issues:
  1. Screen would not wake up when cabin reached >130° (Fixed with a software update)
Logistical issues:
  1. It took 6 months to get my PowerShare installed from purchase.
  2. No FSD, wheel covers or lightbar, 6 months and counting.
Over all I am extremely happy with my purchase, I wish it had the originally announced range and price.

A comment on timing from Elon Musk. Right now is the least ideal time to get a CT, they are ramping up production hard and lots of mistakes are made.

Paraphrased:
"Buy at the beginning, or after they reach steady state, quality really suffers while ramping up production."

Only problem has been driver seat squeaking and Tesla was overly helpful and accommodating in fixing it. New seat is being installed.
Did the new seat resolve the squeaking?

I am an actual owner and I find her posts to mostly be nonsense.

I'm an actual owner and find her posts to be useful.

Anyway, for data: My beast had some scratches on delivery, and the tonneau leaks like a spaghetti strainer at the top (I know it's fixable, just waiting to see what solutions the aftermarket brings if not Tesla). Other than that, no issues.

Did you just participate in a necro thread to reply to a factual statement with an insult?

I wasn't even stating an opinion.

-Crissa
Did you just reply to a question, use a bunch of letters and not answer the question?

I had panel alignment issues which were mostly addressed - not perfect, but acceptable. As far as driving, charging, and actually using the truck I have no issues at all. Any other car (including our model S and X) seems archaic. It really makes the panel gap issue inconsequential. Owner of a beast since April 12th.

Not sure either way, but my Beast has had numerous problems, I just got it back, and it will be going back again. Problems are below fixed and not fixed:

Defective drivers seat (got replaced)
Defective steering column (got replaced)
Defective steering wheel (got replaced)
Numerous rattles from headliner, back portion of center console, and center control panel (most got fixed, still have some rattles)
Thunderous noise (not an artificial noise) coming from what I believe is the air bag tank (needs to go back)
Windows the rollers were leaving streaks up all the windows (got fixed)
Suspension bottoming out noise (going back)
High pitched gearbox noise (still and issue, they know it's an issue, and said potentially they will have a firmware update to fix it).
Edges of doors were razor sharp (got corrected)

My panel gaps actually are ok despite others having issues with that.

Wow, that sucks. What was your VIN range?

16000 it does suck, because I am a car guy, and I know my way around cars, trucks, race cars etc., and I own both the Beast and a Lightning, and it's really really sad to say that Tesla can learn a thing or two from Ford, mind you the Lightning is not perfect by any means, but I can say it's whisper quiet and has zero rattles, and a MUCH more effective parking system (I was one of the few that got the parking update 2024.26.11 for the Beast and it SUCKS bigtime)

I think the presence of significant issues is greatly exaggerated online. There are serious problems with some trucks obviously but I think the percentage is much lower than the internet makes it seem.
Yeah, people keep mentioning all these "numerous problems" with the Cybertruck. I'll I've read about are a small number of early trucks with motor or windshield wiper issues. Pretty much everything else is just the normal some-people-are-super-picky issues.

Zero issues here, dual motor AWD.

I would not say there are numerous problems. Go to any car forum for any vehicle ever, and you will see all kinds of problem posts. The truth is, the tiny fraction of vehicles with issues have the loudest owners.
