It’s a couple hour job to replace airwave and recalibrate once done.

IP. Aka instrument panel. 1st pick is airwave module. Second is upper Ip to be removed to access airwave

There is an airwave module on each side of IP. It controls airflow in cabin. Needs one or both replaced.

Can you take a pic of the area that you hear the noise ? Point to the area in the pic.

The latch prob needs slight adjustment.

When side trim is removed, the clip you found is use to secure 3 small tabs of the floor carpet under the trim

While sitting in front seat , look down at the floor. The flat area between the seats has a plastic L shaped trim on each side. If you were to lift that plastic trim up, you will see 3 on each side securing carpet in place.

To remove the floor carpet is a major ordeal. The seats. Console, door seals and trim all need to be removed.

That’s a laser burn. Can be removed with DA sander and 320 grit

Connectors probably not seated firmly into UI. They are kind of a pain. Good luck. Glad to help

The blue connector is the fireman’s loop. Grab it and pull it will come loose from the chassis. The pull back the little tab and squeeze to disconnect. The slide the MId voltage battery center tab to left. When reconnecting, connect foreman loop fire then MV battery

That’s the battery pack that you want drill into. Not a good idea.

The center lower trim can be a pain to remove. If not careful the tabs will break in the center.

That list will take an hour plus to go through..

Dish washing soap (dawn) mixed with water in a spray bottle. Water will evaporate and soap left as a lubricant. Have used this for window for many years.

If the noise is coming from the A pillar then it’s usually the VC right controller. Amplifier is built in and they can fail.

I want to see detailed pictures of how they mounted the lift in the bed. The removable cover in the bed is not that strong, there’s a lot going on under too

If the door is not fully closed and just latched the window will not roll all the way up
