Agree, and I'll add the largest owners of truck-based fleets in the US are mostly utility and waste companies: ATT Comcast Time Warner Quanta Crop Production Services Inc etc etc etc. ATT alone owns ~25k pickup trucks, and another 20k or so utility vans.
