HIs attitude towards this sucks, mostly because he has soured on Tesla and is a Rivian driver. It would have been nice if he came in the review as unbiased critic.

My wife who knows nothing about cars saw a rivian today and laughed at the circular headlights saying that light bar with headlights looks like George Costanza from Seinfeld.

One issue I had with the price was that it was too cheap that will quickly become another Model 3. At least being priced in the premium vehicle range will make it feel a lot more special long term.

ngl, Rivian looks like a fisher-price today when next to the CyberTruck.

I'm fine with the pricing, more scarce and won't be as common as a Tesla Model 3.

I'm pretty sure plans have changed since then. Dual motor is the initial launch and Beast Version will be later.

it seems like the initial launch will only be dual motor so not sure how that works with 112 reservations that are tri-motors.

before anyone loses their mind on range and towing, the dual motor at the reveal was 10,000lbs towing and 300+ miles Tri-motor is the one with 14K lbs towing and 500+ miles -- that's the one I'm waiting for.

Stainless Steel still looks the best and highest quality, literally looks like a fighter jet on wheels. However, a wrap makes it look cheaper and lower quality.
