That's not true, the average consumer also works from home, have families, go on road trips, and are looking for convenience. You can either buy a model 3 + FSD for 50K or buy a model 3 for 35K + FSD subscription. Either one is affordable from today's standards.

FSD handles 95% of my driving, it’s incredible for road trips because it eliminates the cognitive stress of driving and you just sort of direct the car. given that I only used it 10% of my driving last year, the progress has been incredible. V12 with end to end AI will solve autonomy.
