Yes, hopeless. Tesla is great, except when you need support, then it's not great. If you need to speak to a human, it's dire. This is their support model, so it's a good thing their stuff is generally reliable.

Common issue with the puddle light locations in all their vehicles. We do have these if anyone has cables that are too short...the lights are wired before the door card is applied during manufacturing, so there's many times where the cables just vanish up into the door.

As @TWRAPS says, we're not all shipping stuff slowly, or out of China. Oh, they fit, and it's the same connector as every other Tesla vehicle, so most likely it's either current draw or something on the PCB that has to be matched to what CT is looking for. The normal (non-projection) CT door lights are the same as used in Highland.

also, the more matte the finish, the more fingerprints. If you think the naked Cybertruck is bad, try using a matte vinyl. The satin PPF's are a decent compromise.
