You are. It’s jut not working (optimized for? Enabled?) on the CT yet. Once it is operational FS owners WILL have FSD on it. Just legally and technically for right now they can’t say it is there and functional.

Whew I think it’s like a V1. The one that didn’t have the networking features in it yet or swappable face plates. We’re giving it to a family member who’s been too lazy to install one and still relies on his mobile connector kit lol.
