Hi y'all, it's my 2 year anniversary of having the cybertruck this Month, and I'm 1000 miles away from my warranty expiring.
Any advice on what I should get fixed while still under warranty? The inverter was fixed long ago.
My only nag now is an inconsistent noise, like a rattle coming...
Endless....
I did all that stuff!!! (A year ago). I've had this truck for 2 years , and missed this feature when it came in an update. Thanks again for your river of knowledge. Let it flow.
True for you, and informative. perhaps not typical? To the people you intend to inform, I also have a message:
I drive an Under 4k vin also. 50k miles and I've had service only for bulletins and the inverter failure. Got a Foundation Series for my loaner both times and put about 1000 miles...
Sure, I appreciate the curiosity. I didn't realize I kept them there either until I noticed this.I rest them there sometimes, and also other places on the yoke. It is a comfortable place for my thumbs. For scale, I can palm a basketball. Never accidentally press them, mine are pretty stiff!
It's freezing out, I hop in the Cybertruck, and the yoke heats up like a cozy spaceship... except the two little scroll wheels. Those bad boys stay ice-cold.
So I'm cruising with warm palms, but my thumbs are parked on literal frozen hockey pucks. The contrast hits so hard my brain screams...
From a DIY perspective, we can't control the pump, or when it activates, so yeah, it would be a roll of the dice to see if the current pump pattern would be effective in this setup. It would be a fun project to try though if I had a little more 3d modeling experience! I think you could tinker...
Definitely could snap on the the cantrail and hold a y splitter and two adjustable nozzles. All that can be purchased at AutoZone. It would be awesome if you designed the clip!
It works on CT, I tried it for Waze. Didn't use it often because it take time to setup before you drive, it could be more elegant. After getting a good phone mount I never looked back.
It's awesome. I've been in situations where the cone placement was sparse, speed was higher, and the cones weren't even registering on the screen. I was in mad max and thought the truck might try to take the empty lane since it wasn't registering the cones. It stayed in it's lane. Curious...
Yeah, it's bad. The fluid distribution is uneven. less at the top of the blade, with reduced pressure on the glass there, and the blade's top covers significantly more distance and area in the same time as the bottom. I like your idea of getting more fluid to the top somehow, or adding more...
