Nice writeup.
Lots of trade offs, range, weight, acceleration, regen, braking, cornering, on road & off road performance, seating, cargo capacity, towing capacity etc. I have driven on mountain highways and you can sure feel the inertia going into corners. It is no sports car when it comes to...
I go to the Riverton Wyoming area occasionally. The interstates around and through Wyoming are pretty well covered by superchargers. Between I90 and I80 to the north and south and I25 and I15 to the east and west in north central Wyoming and into Montana there are no superchargers. I drive in...
That is the worst I have seen by far. I have seen some pretty good DIY's on this forum. I can't put on a cell phone screen protector straight without getting bubbles so I'm not going to try a wrap myself, but I probably couldn't do much worse.
I hope you get your money back including materials...
I do not charge while underway so I just open the tonneau while parked. I am using a Duromax 4850 currently and I am modifying the ground neutral bonding on my 7500 watt Champion generator so I can use it in the near future.
A very solid option. I'm doing something very similar for some trips with a dual fuel generator. Great way to achieve semi hybrid operation with any pickup type EV. It is removable so you don't have t haul it around all of the time.

My air mattress is 25 x 78 inches. The rear floor is about 60 inches wide so the mattress ends turn up at the doors. Good luck finding a shorter mattress. I am 5'9" tall. I sleep on my side with my knees bent even if I am in a king sized bed at home so it works for me. Probably would be cramped...
Having experienced "Normal" high pressure, full service automobile dealerships in the past I found my experience at he Pleasant Grove Utah delivery center to be refreshing. I was early. A rep met me at the door. They got me through the delivery process in under half an hour. Someone did give me...
For a single person, sleeping on the rear seat floor floor on a 25 inch wide air mattress with the seats folded up works pretty good. Easy reach to the rear climate controls.
The Scout that is delivered may not be the Scout that is the prototype just like the Cybertruck that was delivered was quite a bit different than the Cybertruck prototype. A lot will change in a few years. Prices will almost certainly go up. Available technology changes. Laws and regulations...
Your portable power station may work for your needs but here are some additional considerations.
For some trips a CCS adapter can be a great way to get through a no supercharger area. The Chargepoint, Plugshare and Electrify America apps can help find CCS fast charging stations along the way...
Get a CCS adapter it will change your outlook on life with an EV. The Tesla CCS adapter does not work with a Cybertruck but I purchased an tested another brand that does work fine. Get some adapters for the mobile charger: 14-50, 14-30, 6-50, 10-50, 10-30 etc.
Get a dual fuel generator and carry...
These worked for me. You may have to modify the screw slots with a round file.

Keep whining. The gubmint may issue a recall and protect us from our Cybertrucks by requiring something like this on all edges.
Or you could buy some and install it where you deem necessary...
I like the Squirkle . I can adjust he steering height and the seat so I can rest my thumb in the lower left quadrant of the squirkle and my forearm on my knee. I can access the turn signals and volume and If the lighting is bad and the FSD wants me to wiggle the steering, I'm right there.
What...
I don't pay attention to most people because most people do not think for themselves. They are told what to think by their peer group leaders. If I earned the money to buy a Cybertruck or Rolls Royce or Maserati or Duramax or whatever, I will if I want to. Each of those vehicles makes sense for...
Maybe they mean gross vehicle weight rating GVWR. That info is on or near the Vin sticker on the drivers door frame. It should be over 9000 lbs. Ask whoever wants to know, where is that info found on a ford/chevy/dodge/rivian etc. It should be located in a similar location on the tesla
