Toyota tried to kill itself via Cybertruckcide

I was sure after I felt the car smash into my rear bumper while on the 55 Fwy in So Cal. there was going to be damage. I still had paper plates. I was trying not to look perplexed as I stood there inspecting the bumper and could not find a dent or scratch anywhere. The response from the Audi...

Professional detailer rates this CT ceramic coating #1

Yeah, I watched the video and there is a question about how long the ceramic coating will last. Which is likely tied to how often the truck is washed and how deep the coating penetrates the steel. My guess is that the procedure may be needed every 1-2 years on the CT not the 8 years as suggested...

Toyota tried to kill itself via Cybertruckcide

That's funny. I was rear ended by an Audi at 10mph on a highway. The front end grill of the Audi was destroyed. The CB had zero damage. Not even a scratch to the CB bumper.

    No issues with my Cybertruck...

I too am having the same problem My Cyberbeast is perfect. Not one complaint about anything. Feature rich and high performance. Funny that nobody wants to interview us huh? Probably less than .025% of the Cybertrucks built have repair issues.

Tesla is replacing my HV Battery that has no issues.

And now we can see how smart it is to have all the mirrors unpainted and the same. One size fits all. I've also heard but not sure if its true, that Tesla does not mark up labor or parts unlike other car mfg. who count on the income of service for profits.

Inside tire wear @10k miles with front tires

Great idea Scott. Naturally I like my tires to last as long as possible and wear evenly. I just had a rotation at 5,800 miles, a little early. Its a Beast and I've been enjoying the acceleration a lot. Yes I know this reduces tire wear. The tires appear to be wearing evenly so far. Would my...

    I ordered my Cybertruck today

Congratulations! There are many videos and as you are probably aware many are not accurate. You would be well served to read the Tesla owners manual. I finally read it after 6 months. There are essentially 18 buttons on the squarkle (steering wheel) and two valuable buttons on the right side of...

Tire Inflator….may be over kill but works great.

I also lowered air pressure to 40PSI to drive on Pismo Beach, CA. There was no low tire inflation warning, but that was in May 2024. And I had small hand held tire inflator which overheated and didn't inflate to 10 PSI into all the tires. So I needed to drive to a "gas" station for air. This...

FSD v13.2.1 📐 tested in Canada, in snow, at night, on the Wrong Tires

Impressive for the truck on many levels. Especially that there were no lane markers for the cameras to follow. The FSD really needed to behave like a human. FSD 13.2 installed this morning I'll be testing it in perfect weather conditions of So. Cal. LOL. Thanks for sharing.

Height settings memory for different locations

After you press park and the truck shows the pop up "lowering ride height for exit/entry" There is a "CANCEL" button you could press to stop the lowering. Obviously you would need to remember to do this each time at that location.

Computer replaced, front differential fluid low from factory.

This is helpful. Although I don't live in a frozen climate. I may travel to one. Tomorrow I'll be at service center to pick up wheel covers. Lightbars still not in stock yet. Beast VIN 93XX.

Tesla API pricing - TeslaMate impact?

ChatGPT could write an API to integrate our mobile phone to automatically open any app such as SiriusXM and see the app on the UI screen in our trucks. Other automations are possible too. The uses are now almost endless.
