My 3 hour test drive of the Cybertruck

The A pillars on my Chrysler Pacifica were wider and harder to see around by far than the Cybertruck and there's lots more Pacificas on the road then Cybertrucks at the moment. You learn to adapt to the vehicle you drive in.

Cabin overheat protection does not work

I think all the Tesla models have the same overheat timer. I agree, if the vehicle is plugged, it should be able to moderate if set overheat without timeout, if desired. Maybe in a future update there will be more options.

Cabin overheat protection does not work

Yes, sometime during the day, start the remote cooling and then turn it off, that should reset the 12 hour timer.

If you go to the Tesla Diner, what other cool things in the area are a must see?

Not really a Trip Report, but there's going to be someone on this forum that takes the first step to visit the Tesla Diner. Great! Let's build a list of other restaurants and sites that are worth bundling in. I propose the Idle Hour Bar; iconic roadside architecture and the patio has the...

Tesla Diner: Cybertruck burger box, Optimus serves popcorn & more

I'm IN on that Catawba Flip, old school fountain drink. I'd probably order a vanilla shake and float an espresso on it. Grilled cheese with the blistered tomatoes, yep.

How I Drove my Cybertruck to the Arctic Circle Sign (And Made It Back)

@jackychu and @Cybergirl (@TesLatino & Beardedtesla, who went before) Also unheard of to not get a flat, especially on the AL-CAN. Chipped windshield? Testing the Last Frontier: Amazing To lift the phrase from the old Apple commerical: "Here's to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels...

Best way to glue on a used OEM Beast bar

Since you work around surgical equipment, sometimes the hospital equipment maintenance departments have really good soldering equipment. A buddy of mine used to do that work at Banner, but he's since retired. Check with them and see if you can get a favor.

Best way to glue on a used OEM Beast bar

I have advice from a longtime vintage car restorer that Berryman's B12 and plastic razor blade scraper could be a removal process on the dried adhesive surfaces. The caveat is that the Berryman's affect on whatever surface is under the adhesive (is the bottom of the light bar metal or plastic)...

Cybertruck @ Tesla LA Hollywood Diner, Drive-in Movie Theater and Supercharger

I wonder how their food storage capacity is, or how they handle deliveries there, because, being something so cool and new, and open 24/7, I predict there's gonna be a need for generous supplies.

Does it bother anyone else when people assume the Cybertruck is being “given away”?

I get the "you must be made of money" response excusively. I've never, ever heard anyone say anything about clearance prices on the Cybertrucks.

    The search for 2nd place

This right here. I am driving an X Plaid as a loaner, and, while I am dying without the steer-by-wire and CB better sound system, the X is an amazing vehicle for payload. And so blandly externally designed that no one looks twice at it.

Cargo bar could work. It's simple, works in standard pickup beds for decades.
