I look around the neighborhood and see top of the line F-250’s and for the money I’ll take the tri-motor any day. Even a brand new one with a few cameras on it doesn’t really interest me. It’s just so commonplace. I am looking forward to bringing something interesting into the cul-de-sac.

Getting rid of the paint and the work involved with keeping it looking nice so I certainly wouldn’t want to add more work with polishing.

Exactly!! The way it works is you have to be 62 on January 1 of the year so I ended up having to wait the additional year in order to claim it. Nice break though and I can put the extra money towards the tri-motor. ?

Ouch! $8000. a year is tough to swallow year after year. I finally got something for being over 62 this year and got a tax break of $3k off my property taxes otherwise it would have been over $5k.

While that’s a great option, DMV is really making out. You would certainly think that for $50. it would include the cost of the sticker.

I really liked the amount of light as well and how strong the cover appears to be with the tailgate down! I do hope that they address the sound dampening especially with the beefy tires.

I agree with you there, build it “right“ from the beginning. On a side note Weathertech‘s newest floor mats are pretty sweet and a definitely an upgrade from their rubber ones. I have 210k miles on my Taco and still going strong. I am still looking forward to parking it for the CT though.

Seriously, the more I know about it, the more I love it. Elon standing on the cover really is incredible and I didn’t see any flexing which means it’s not just some gimmicky thing like some of the other manufacturers do. Badass!

Todays news reporting that GM is now close to a million mile battery and yesterday GM was reporting self driving as super cruise....seems they are really trying hard to stay relevant. I’ll gladly stick with Tesla.
