I look around the neighborhood and see top of the line F-250ās and for the money Iāll take the tri-motor any day. Even a brand new one with a few cameras on it doesnāt really interest me. Itās just so commonplace. I am looking forward to bringing something interesting into the cul-de-sac.
Exactly!! The way it works is you have to be 62 on January 1 of the year so I ended up having to wait the additional year in order to claim it. Nice break though and I can put the extra money towards the tri-motor. ?
Ouch! $8000. a year is tough to swallow year after year. I finally got something for being over 62 this year and got a tax break of $3k off my property taxes otherwise it would have been over $5k.
