Same here! Mercedes had this design many years ago called "Magic Vision Control", used to work pretty great on my GLS. Can't say the same about CT, leaves a lot of streaks.
This started happening after an update in July first week. I thought it’ll resolve after subsequent updates but issue persists. They need the truck for a week to figure this out as it happens intermittently! I did show them the videos and photos on multiple occasions.
Agreed! But right now I’ve issues with my camera system which intermittently fail every other day with an error during drive and especially annoying when parking or reversing. The side mirrors are the only thing helping me in those situations and if those are removed as well then…..
Happens every single day especially with Elementary and Middle school kids. They don't get tired of it. Wheres, High school kids like to look at it but keep it discreet.
Young kids have no filters like adults do!
Happy with the basic $20 monthly subscription. Some stains remain but I don't need spotless shiny truck. I just make sure the glass is clean all around.
So you don’t know about previous owner of your Model X and you concluded that he’s a fool? Maybe you need to think from a different perspective! The guy who spent 150k on this Model X is way more smarter and richer than you are! Maybe depreciation doesn’t even cross his mind. I guess he/she is...
Exactly! Ask them to check the logs as they’ve access to it. Will they come clean? That’s at the discretion of the SC manager. I know for sure that they go through the vehicle data before coming to a conclusion.
My Porsche 911 4S needs tire replacement every 10K miles ( rear ones), same thing with my BMW M5 competition. I drive them the way they’re supposed to be driven. I drive the CT AWD like any other vehicle. The only thing I focus on is one pedal driving but sometimes braking is inevitable. I...
172 miles/54% right now….. calculates to 318 for 100%. Supercharging all the time (free for 6 months :)). Did 100% 4-5 times and 90% many times during long drives. Set at 80% for daily use.
6460 miles
Older chargers at 150KW share power in sets whereas V3 superchargers @250KW don’t share power. CT still struggles to keep up with the speed and slows down pretty early before reaching 80%. Hopefully there’s another round of software update which can improve the charging speed further.
Chill... You're in Chicago :) I left my truck outside for 15 days in extreme FL heat few weeks ago for my international trip, disabled Sentry and Cabin overheat protection.
It's a little bit more comfortable to enter the cabin at 100 than at 140+. Also 100F is good for stuff inside the cabin that we tend to leave. Few years ago I used to leave my glasses and wallet in the car. Credit cards started peeling off and coating on sunglasses started degrading as well.
I take off stuff like sunglasses and anything that is not good to keep inside oven before disabling Cabin overheat protection. The consumption is pretty significant and I don't see "Fan Only " option in CT. I see that option in Model Y though. But I try to cool the cabin down few minutes before...
