See, You’ve to compromise somewhere! It was initially difficult for my wife to switch from a fully loaded BMW X7. It had heated armrests along with other heated surfaces, super quiet cabin, very smooth ride! Not as smooth as buttery Mercedes GLS but then Cybertruck is different, in a class of it...

Just got the truck this evening. Kids and friends were all over the truck with fingerprints. it’s humid in FL. Then it started raining heavily and I can’t see anything :)
It seems you haven't experienced owning new model years from any manufacturer before. For reference, you can look up Toyota’s switch from older V8 engines to new Hybrid V6 engines. These new V6 models have faced numerous problems within the warranty period, leading many Tundra owners to sell...
Back in the days, I used to pay around $600/Yr for X5 and then GL. Considered as property tax for 5 yrs straight on registration, after that tax was based on depreciated value. Somehow IA state thought, vehicles don't depreciate till 5 yrs :p
You’re right, Stuff happens! What you do after is what matters! My SC personal and General Manager were very professional and kept me updated on what’s going on with the delay, a part needs to be fixed and kept me in loop. Mine was supposed to be delivered June 16th, got a last minute call from...

Here’s what I’ve got on my insurance right now:
Coverage on MYP and 3 SF:
250/500K Liability
250/500K Underinsured
250k Property Damage
100 Comprehensive
1000 Collision
$1200 each for 6 months
I played around with another option on CT for:
100/300K Liability
25/50K Underinsured
100k...
That’s totally unacceptable! Few deliveries scheduled before end of this quarter were postponed to first week of July bcos of recalls. Something about this SC doesn’t feel right.
Automotive parts are tested for temperatures way beyond 100 degrees. My friend got the new Model 3 with similar cabin light strips with no issues. Temperatures in Florida are reaching 135 degrees when parked without cabin temp control right now. Its a defective part probably from the supplier...
Just order the damn thing, if you like the truck enough! If you don't want the FS, still order it and then cancel it to see how things work down the line. You may loose $1K but will gain knowledge worth spreading in this community.
I was in the same boat and knew there will be days up in Everest region with no Internet or cell signals. Went to the SC before the trip, they took the notes down of my trip and assured that I would be fine. Not sure if it really worked bcos assigning VIN is not in the hands of SC. Got VIN 4...
