I think your answer is probably correct for everybody else. I don’t have that option online. I was on the phone with Customer Service for over an hour yesterday. Issue is still not resolved. Wish me luck!

The partitions have to be formatted in fat 32. I formatted the whole thumb drive in fat 32. It worked for me. That said it stopped recording dash cam footage. Still have to work that out.

Were you able to format and partition the Tesla thumb drive? I haven’t been able to partition it. What did you use?

Well, it worked after erasing the thumbnail drive, and reforming it to fat32 but now the dash cam and security files don’t know where to go. I think if I make some directory files for them, that will fix it. I was not able to partition the Tesla thumbnail drive. I don’t know why, but it will not...

My thumbnail drive is not partitioned at all. I’ll set up the partitions and see if that solves the problem.
