I see it in my wallet, and I have my purchase ready to go, but I can’t select my voucher to use for the purchase.

I think your answer is probably correct for everybody else. I don’t have that option online. I was on the phone with Customer Service for over an hour yesterday. Issue is still not resolved. Wish me luck!

Been there, done that, both with and without the help of the customer service agent. The issue is still not resolved and is being worked. Thanks for the vote of confidence though. ?

I shopped today and it glitched a few times while I was adding items to cart, so I just waited and let it update from screen to screen. At checkout, there were 3 option under the Payment heading: my preloaded CC number, Add Gift Card, and Add Voucher Code. I racked it right up to $2495, typed my voucher code into that field and hit submit, and it refreshed everything to zero balance. I had to wait about 30 seconds for the bottom half of the screen to load, then clicked place order and that was it. It even sent me a request to schedule service for one of the items that Tesla likes to install at the SC. I can see where I could have had issues with the glitches and network error messages along the way, but I remained patient and it all went through. Hope this helps.

Had the exact same problem, trying to order through the Tesla app on my phone. Logged into my account on my desktop and boom!

Do you have a CC preloaded into your app? Maybe need that in order to bring up all 3 payment types (CC, GC, Voucher)? Also, are you the primary account holder on the app? My wife constantly gets mad at the app because I am the primary and she doesn’t have access to everything I do. Good luck.

I got real excited about using the PC versus my pad. I have had issues where it would only work from a PC. Unfortunately, this is not the answer for me. It’s the damn voucher code. I don’t have one.

Other people have had this issue, but the latest comments have been positive. Most folks are getting their voucher code within 24 hours of purchase. I don’t know what’s taking so long for mine. Thanks for all the suggestions folks!

Oh, I see. Well, your situation might be different, but I took delivery of my CT on March 9, and didn’t receive my voucher until July 17. I used it today 11/22 when some of the items I have been watching finally showed up in stock. Long process for me.
