Nothing is sticking out where the glass roof meets cause you have that “channel” / gap where the seal will fit in. I would get that done. That’s supposed to be like a gutter and imagine a gutter with no screen, eventually it can fill up with debris and the water management holes with dirt.

You can see the bar but it’s high up so not really “blocking” and actually probably act as a safety bar in case anything slides forward.
