    Did you ask for a GM when calling or do you have special access? i.e. friend, went into an SC, etc

    When you hit it, it will show as $0 owed in the app so I imagine you can do it day of. It will take another 1-2 days to show as pending in your bank account and then another 1 day to be gone.

    How do you know this? Every SC that I talk to gives me the runaround and pretends like the wiper motor issue is some conspiracy and won't explain where my truck is or when they will get it.

    Talked to someone earlier and they also said the 18th and when I said “Estimated” they said that they are pretty sure that’s the date. Said it would be 2-3 days after that we’d be able to schedule so I think you’re right about the week of the 24th or next weekend at the earliest.

    I have messaged the “Tesla Delivery” team through the app and they are more cryptic and lacking of information than the SC. At least the Sc tried to track the truck and estimates a timeline. Through the app they just keep saying “No ETA, its en route and can be between 2-4 weeks”

    Have you called your SC and asked for the location and an ETA? My SC noticed notes on mine that gave an estimated time of delivery to the SC.

    See that is why I’m confused. I got a VIN and when I called SC they said it was in Texas about to board a train. Said it would be 2-4 weeks. A week later I respond to the message in my Tesla app to the Delivery Team and they say it’s going to be another 2-4 weeks after its delivered to the SC.
