I expect that I won’t use extract mode with these considering the 2” higher ride height in high. It would have to be an absolute necessity to try extract if I were in fact required by circumstance. Glad to hear the manufacturer hasn’t had any problems.
I am not noticing any major differences. Just in town driving so far. Haven’t hit the high ways. I usually cruise in comfort, feels the same to me. I’ll definitely ride in low for high way.
Just got the @CYBERTRUCKco (@Roger@CYBERTRUCKco) lift rod kit in yesterday and installed them. Took me about 20 minutes. Glad to have a little higher stance in entry and low. It’s only an inch, but to me makes a nice difference. Definitely looks super high w 2” extra in high mode. Love it!
Yeah, the place I washed it at spayed way too much on and I should have wiped it down prior to leaving the wash after drying the truck off. It just picks up that tire junk and mixes together for a nasty cleanup. I was beside my self for days that it even happened. I do believe the 3M vinyl has...
I’ve had mine wrapped with a DIY kit from TSportline since I got it early April. Satin White.
I had an issue with tire dressing spraying all over the side panels. I should have ceramic coated it. The dressing sat for about 5 days before I could get to it to clean. Nothing has worked to get it...
Sounds like she made the rounds. Lol
Im fully aware “entry” won’t be entry level, but I’m still going to risk the sub-optimal.
Chuck Norris and I can laugh in the face of danger together.
I’ve used these on my Plaid to drop it lower than stock. I ran them for two years and then recently changed them back to stock level because I was over the dropped look. I’ve had zero problems with them. I’m interested to see the design of these outside of the photos. They don’t provide much...
I’ve got StateFarm as well for 4 auto’s and home and umbrella. Recently I’ve added “Drive Safe & Save” to the CT. Premium went down $124/6 mo. Even though the app says my acceleration, braking and cornering needs improvements. Ha! 28 years of hauling a$$ ?
On road, when you tap on High, you’ll need to then tap on “keep ride height until 25 mph” then it turns blue I believe. I was missing this myself and it would consistently go back to medium within 10-20 seconds as I recall.
These are the ones I ordered. I emailed him last week because they hadn’t shipped. I ordered them when they first became available about a month ago. He said he expected to ship these by end of week. I’m sure there’ll be some posts on them once they arrive.
I removed mine to go rock crawling a few weeks back and left them off because it still looks bad ass!
You pull the inside wheel well panel out slightly once you take the little plug pins out. There’s a bit of reach to get to the furthest screw but you’ll figure it out just by feeling around...
Yeah, it would be even fine if they just opened with the actuator and you didn’t have to press the button.
I’ve always thought they should just roll out the feature for all makes. What an incredible value to give them all. I’ve owned 2 X’s and still have the 2020 X. It’s so dang nice that it...
Seriously glad Tesla is delivering on getting these out. There’s no other aero cover I’ve liked as much as these that Tesla has produced. Hopefully I don’t hate them on my CT. lol! The few photos I’ve seen, I think they kept most of the chunky lines and look that I liked in the first place. ? I...
Yeah I think it’s definitely excessive. The electrician alleges he has 7 projects just recently given to him in my area and will see how it goes. He thinks it’s a 2 man job for the whole day. In my opinion that’s $2500 for labor and minimal material. Plus yeah, we buy the $2500 in equipment. I’m...
I’m excited to get these on my CT. Definitely prefer the look even if they had to shorten the reach to the side wall. Sure beats the cheap $50 lug nut covers and center cap. Makes the truck so much more beefy on the wheels. ?
I see a few good men wearing proper protective gear who likely did a pretty good job managing the risk on the way home to their buddies house to lay brick. Others see mutilation, death, dismemberment and jail time. It is amazing how differently we are all wired. God bless you guys. I’m glad you...
I had the rigid ones on that I got from an aftermarket dealer. A few weeks ago I decided to go rock crawling so I took them off. These would have been a better option for sure. I ended up taking off all the front and rear fairings, even the ones under the front grill. I’d like to see some...
