Yes sir. They might be gouging some for sure, but Qmerit also has fee's associated with installation for providing their platform/services that drive up the cost. It also cost the contractor $$$ to be a Qmerit partner installer, so they might be marking up the jobs to recoup that investment...

Yes, as long as they are a Tesla Powershare Installer they will need to create a PO in their Tesla Partner portal and submit it to Tesla to receive credit... I will say that they may have to wait a while for Tesla to pay them as their responsiveness has not been great.
